I’m highly disappointed to pay $7-8 for a waffle cone for it to break and find there’s barely a full scoop in my cone! I have loved this place for 8years and now this has ruined a great night. I understand your prices needed to go up but at least make it worth my money and enough for me to enjoy. I am truly saddened & I hope this isn’t the new direction of this wonderful place.

Just wanted to say that I was really pleased with the service at the County St location today! My son has some food allergies, and the young lady went straight to wash her hands, change gloves, and used a different spoon to get his ice cream. I just don’t always have such a good experience other places when allergies are mentioned, and I was really happy to see a young girl be so cautious while handling my sons ice cream.

First time me and girlfriend ever came here and it is the last damn time we will ever go there. Someone else said it on here but the teenager’s attitude is rude and uncomfortable, especially the kid that took our order. There was no polite hi can I take your order or any questions about the menu just a cold blank stare which made my girlfriend uncomfortable and I didn’t appreciate whatsoever. We both got chocolate frappes which took over 15 mins for the kid to make and was watered down, they tasted and felt like a melted soft serve which a frappe should be thick not watered down. Not worth the $13 we paid, when given our change back he threw it in my girls hand rudely. Everyone’s attitude in there needs to be evaluated and if you’re going to have Teens run the place, someone needs to to sadly teach them respect and how to treat a customer coming in to their place of business, a little nice hi how are you goes a long way. Everyone seems like they have daddy’s money and I can assure you that more people will have an issue with this place if not from the area. If I can give a 0 star I would because that was outright the worse ice cream experience we ever had. DO NOT GO HERE.

So happy Somerset Creamery was open during my recent trip. Delicious ice cream every time. The black raspberry is a favorite of mine, but this time I went with a cherry chocolate chunk. A new favorite. The waffle cones are always 10/10 too, and there's a large picnic area with grass outside to sit and chat while you have your sweets. My only issue is that it is still cash only but for ice cream I will let it slide.

Best ice cream in the area in my opinion!! They have two locations in Somerset and this one is by far my favorite location. So many different flavors and huge portions. Just wish they accepted credit cards!

My sisters and I went here last night and they made me a banana split which I have not had a banana split and quite a long time the flavors of ice cream that I got was vanilla grape-nut and coffee I have to say the coffee had no flavor to it but the grape-nut was delicious the vanilla delicious and I got the boat instead of a cup and I think that's the way to go for a banana split and it was delicious and the person that made it he was a great time at customer service so I totally recommend this ice cream parlor and the prices were you know regular
