Overall, the food was good however, I am greatly dissatisfied with the customer service and delivery. It took an hour over the estimated delivery time, and I had to call the restaurant to confirm that they had actually received my order because the online tracker was not updating. Once the food was finally delivered, the Driver mentioned that he forgot all of our drinks and he would go back to retrieve them and drop them off again. however, that never happened and The driver subsequently ignored my every attempt to reach out to see where our drinks were. While the food was good it does not make up for this poor customer service. My business will be taken elsewhere where you get what you pay for in a timely manner, and not ignored once an item was forgotten.

Been my favorite pizza place in Somerville for almost two years. Fair price for my Steak n Cheese pizza which has been amazing over 100 times. Not exaggerating the amount of pizza I've purchased from here.Wheelchair accessibility: Street entrance, no steps... Doors should be wide enough for a wheelchair and there's tables for customers.

this is the best pizza i’ve taken a bite of in my entire life. if you’re hesitant, don’t be. it’s so so worth it. the crust is crispy and you don’t have to fight with it and the workers were nice and brought my food out to me.

We get take out from Alfredo's occasionally and the best thing about it is the value! If you get a protein added to your salad, they give you a ton. If you order any of the tenders, they also give you a to AND theyre the size of cutlets. Take out from Alfredo's can easily last you more than one meal and we definitely appreciate that!

My go-to for pizza delivery. I ordered 5 pizzas for the Super Bowl through Slice. The price was reasonable and the size/toppings were generous. Delivery was a little delayed (not surprising for one of the busiest pizza delivery days of the year), but I was impressed that all were piping hot.

We ordered the chicken Alfredo to our hotel. I requested linguine pasta on the phone but they gave me ziti. Still tasted good though and the baked pizza dough it comes with is good too. The chicken was the star of the dish. One order was enough to split between two people and we have leftovers. The delivery was faster than expected and the driver was friendly. Would recommend for the price!
WOW I wish I tried this place sooner! Had the most amazing sub here (Greeko hot sub) which was an 11/10! Very large portions and for a great price! Plenty of seating inside if you need it. Staff was friendly and quick! Looking forward to trying more on the menu!
Ordered via GrubHub two days in a row, Delicious and Fresh! Marinaded on the steak tips, is a little too sweet for me; but, it was cooked perfect and the ingredients tasted freshly chopped. Wing Ding Plate, was good, chicken a little too breaded but still hit. Chicken Cesar Wrap, 20/20! Chicken was perfect!

I am always in search of local gems, including pizza and sub shops. I was craving pizza and remembered this place was close. I was able to order online, and I went with a regular 12-inch Hawaiian pizza ( ham and pineapple). The checkout was simple and easy. After checkout it said my pizza would arrive in 30 minutes. Pizza arrived and I was excited to try it. The toppings were plentiful and arranged nicely covering each slice. It was cheesy with a great sauce to dough ratio. The pizza was satisfying and cured my pizza craving. Solid pie will be back!

I've lived down the street from Alfredo's (Winter Hill, Somerville) for a long time and the quality of the food fluctuates based on who is working there.The past few months (December 2023) the pizza and pasta have been REALLY good! Really good!I've tried a number of pasta dishes and pizzas and everyone has been delicious and very generous portions for the price. Better than the places next door for sure.I'll be going there regularly for the next few months while they have a good crew there.I hope they stay! They are also very friendly :)I always do pick up since it's close and delivery involves a third party (risky). I wouldn't recommend eating there unless you are a child. It's designed for takeout.I have never been to the other locations.
