Omg just write the order numbers on the sandwich wrappers. It's SO MUCH EASIER than trying to figure out the right sandwich by reading the condiments marked on the wrapper. That way you don't have to search to find the right sandwich for an order. You can bag orders faster and get the right sandwiches to customers.

Service was spot on. Management took my order smiling and was taking care of business. Fries were great, fish sandwich was not fresh, sitting too long. My only real issue was the two clowns making a deal by the exit door in the dining room. Pathetic with children in the dining area.

Very, very bad experience. I parked my car and went straight into the store to eat in. I never left the store. Before I left, I made another order to go. I found that my car was missing. I thought it was stolen. However, the Burger King manager told me that it had been towed away. The reason The person is not in the store. The surrounding white consumers couldn't stand it anymore and helped me defend my rights, but the store manager didn't give a satisfactory explanation. I kept the receipts from the two purchases and the receipts from the towing company and prepared to sue. It’s really too much! ! !

Forgot the salsa with the breakfast burrito I ordered from Uber eats, really disappointing because that's what makes it good with out it's not great at all :'(

Once I saw a gross mass of something come out the chocolate machine and the employee went eww thew it away and then use the same machine for my friends shake and when asked if the shake was good the employee paused for a suspicious amount of time and said yes. also they are inconsistent and slow.

Fries are always hot and fresh when I've been here. The rest of the food is okay - fairly average bk food. Overall one of the better burger kings I've been to. Kind of weird that their men's bathroom is locked and an employee has to open it for you, but the women's isn't.
They won’t provide a sauce if you order a meal with French fries.. seems desperate for 27 cents rather go somewhere else

Amazing how a chain of restaurants can vary so vastly. This Burger King in Somerville excellent, food was hot and made correctly. Where as the Medford location is always cold, inaccurate and not efficient. Thank you Somerville BK for a great experience will return to you versus Medford!

Horrible service. The girl who was taking my order charged me a veggie whopper but never gave it. When I came home and saw the bag there was nothing in it then when I called then no one picked up. Im really upset because they weren’t even busy and yet the charged me for something they never gave.
