Ordered on a Sunday night between 9 and 10 pm. for delivery.I'm not sure if this is a restaurant or a front for something else. It was certainly the worst Chinese food I've ever had the mispleasure of eating.Where to begin, I suppose I'll start with the most confusing part. Upon opening my delivery bag I first see a "Smart Cup" with temperature display. At first I had assumed my dasher had accidently placed it into the wrong order as an additional pick up or something, but NOPE, it had the restaurant's name and logo on it. I can only assume this was some sort of pre-apology for what it was sitting on top of.Every item had something wrong with it, I'm not talking 1 or 2 things, no. Literally everything inside the bag was either overcooked, missing ingredients, or just made entirely wrong. Hell, even the provided Chopsticks were covered in splintered wood.Crab Rangoons were overinflated balls of nothing but cream cheese (not even sealed closed)Pineapple Fried Rice did not include chicken (which was extra and paid for) It was also not even fried, more like... boiled, not even steamed. The Spring Rolls were actually just prepackaged from a freezer box (and were unfortunately the only thing that was acceptable.)Both of the Lo Mein dishes were overcooked to the point of the noodles being crispy. Which I didn't think was possible for Lo Mein.Normally I give places the benefit of the doubt and don't leave bad reviews, but this was certainly a special case.Hopefully my 15 hour drive in the morning isn't interrupted by a bathroom stop at every exit.(Update, it absolutely was.)

Like another review said, this is the worst Chinese food I've ever had. I've eaten Chinese in nearly half of these here United States and abroad. It's my go-to comfort food since childhood.Where to start? No wok hei on anything, implying it wasn't wok cookedNo MSG detected in anything except for the spring rolls which were clearly frozen, store-boughtThere was likely no cornstarch in the sauces, as the emulsion was brokenThe beef wasn't velveted, but was instead just braised beefThe general tso was not spicy at all (the rice was spicier) the sauce was also unlike any general tso I've ever hadWhite rice costs extra, and the fried rice I got was not fried, but instead was a curry rice pilaf, not Chinese rice. Did not include the chicken I paid extra forThere was no crab in the rangoons, just cream cheese. They weren't properly sealed, either. No soy sauceThe chopsticks had splintersThe food was simply not prepared using the common standards of established American-style Chinese food. The best way I can describe it would be like ordering a pizza but getting served a flour tortilla covered with ketchup and Kraft cheese. At least they were open late.

General Gao's chicken was basically inedible. Chicken was so over cooked it was like rubber. Pan fried noodles had no flavor. $30 wasted.

I love this place! My roommate and I stopped in on our walk home and we got an order of vegetable steamed buns and leek dumplings. Food was out in ten minutes and they gave us two extra buns! Literally made my night! Makes the neighborhood :)

Calling the dishes we received "Pad Thai" is like calling a plate of boiled noodles covered with ketchup "Spaghetti". Dry rice noodles, virtually no sauce, no sprouts, no vegetables, and barely any protein. I'm talking about at most 2-3 pieces of chicken on one and 3-4 shrimp on the other. The "Hot and Sour" soup was OK soup, and was nothing like what is served be every other Chinese restaurant under the same name. The broth was thin and pinkish. None of the traditional vegetables and no Umami flavor at all.The dinner was adequate. I doubt I'll be a repeat customer.

Very mixed experience with this food. 3-stars because 1 dish was amazing and the other was really bad, so I am giving the benefit of the doubt that it was just the circumstance. The bao buns were really good imo. The bread was nice - fluffy and sweet and the filling inside was yummy. The General Tso's chicken, however, was so bad. No meat at all with any bite and was basically just fried... something? Also, the flavor was not good. I ordered this really late at night, so they may have been using the pieces at the bottom of the package and ordering at that time might just produce said quality. Also, there's no rice that comes with the GTC, which I'm used to, so that was a surprise.

Vegetables are just steamed, grossest mushrooms ever in my pan fried noodles, no flavor in the dishes (ma po, bok choy). Can you just add spicy chili oil and other seasonings? Why so
