People who love corn dogs and orange construction tarps will delight at this establishment. The corn dogs were good, although they don't take very long to eat, so I'm surprised at the slow turnover and long wait times if you want to be seated. I have to ding this place for service. A to-go order for 2 corn dogs took 45 minutes for us to take out the door. Restaurants be warned, the longer I have the wait, the more things I think of to put in these reviews.

we got some the Korean corn dogs and they were actually very good we enjoyed the spicy ones and I like to part where you get to order different stuff within the corn dog we got the spicy Cheeto hot dog with mozzarella or cheese inside and we also got the dorito one and it was both are very good.. I ordered from a kiosk which was very easy to navigate when I got there that's all you could do is order from a kiosk and you have to just wait with your receipt until they finish The place was very busy and packed but from what I seen it was very nice inside and the workers are also very nice I'm going to get this place another try but this time don't have a dine-in experience

I had high hopes for this place, drawn in by its fantastic vibe and charming character. However, the culinary experience left much to be desired. I may have chosen poorly, as the Bulgogi Stew turned out to be excessively sweet, akin to slurping down a bowl of sugary water with a hint of meat and veggies. It was a far cry from what I anticipated, leaving me thoroughly disappointed. In hindsight, I should have opted for the wings, which appeared much more promising.

you have to go to the counter for take out even though it says to wait up front. waiting for 40 minutes, food was ready 30 minutes while i stood there with no employees around to ask when it would be ready. food was cold, employees were no help. service was better before their new “restaurant”

We decided to check out this place for its unique decor. We ordered the army stew, original corndog, makgeolli and steamed mandoos. Everything was delicious!! The staff were very helpful and polite.

I had an amazing time at Kong Pocha in Davis Square this past Sunday! ?✨ Nestled in the original Kong Dong location, 236 Elm St, Somerville, MA, this gem serves up a storm of Korean street food delights, including ramen, Tteokbokki, Korean cheese dogs, and a tantalizing array more! ???To kick things off, we indulged in a comforting bubble tea and a refreshing blueberry lemonade. ? The taro milk boba, a nutty flavor haven, was an instant hit with my boyfriend. Our feast began with the Rose Tteokbokki, which had rice cakes, vegetables, cheese bread, sausages, and dumplings, all drenched in a curry sauce that’s spicy yet bearable, unlike traditional Tteokbokki (which I find to be very spicy sometimes!!). This dish is a crowd-pleaser, perfect for sharing among 2-4 people, and left us eager for more! ?️?? Rating: 9/10.Next up, the Korean Traditional Bento Box, a delightful mix of white rice, stir-fried kimchi, beef, sausages, and a fried egg. The beef was standout, and the variety in the box was a joy, complementing the Tteokbokki perfectly as the rice soaked up the delicious curry sauce. ??? Rating: 8/10.We also couldn’t resist trying their newest creation, the Buldak Noodle Omelette - a creative twist of fried noodles enveloped in egg, both beautifully presented and delectably shareable. ?? Rating: 8/10.I’m already planning my next visit to Kong Pocha, not just for its proximity to my home but for its vibrant, shareable meals that brilliantly satisfy all my Korean cuisine cravings. It’s a cozy spot with an inviting vibe, perfect for a casual dining experience.Food: 8/10 ? Affordability: 8/10 ? Ambiance: 6/10 ?

Generally unfriendly vibe - No one wants to seat/serve you. You'll end up standing around waiting for someone to stop ignoring your presence. The staff are masters at avoiding eye contact and pretending you don't exist. Enjoy.

Some of the worst service I have ever received at a restaurant. We were seated and then moved to a different table 5 minutes later. The waitress was not familiar with the menu. My friend's food did not come with the rest of our party's meals. Our waitress never checked on it and we had to ask a different server who told us the order was never put in. At this point it had been over 45 minutes since we had ordered and not once were we apologized to for the inconvenience. My friend had to get her food to-go since it had taken so long. There was clearly no communication between any of the staff, and the food was very average. I would not recommend this place.

This is my second time here and the food is as good as the first!! Abe was super quick to notice our needs and are super nice. His service is amazing. Both times, they brought out an extra big soup ladle for me as I was sitting a bit far from the pot. Everything is great, but esp highly recommend their scallion pancakes! Def coming back again with friends ❤️

Bad service. Mediocre food. Bad value. I placed a takeout order and arrived at the estimated "ready" time. The staff (all 4 of them!) ignored me for over 10 minutes, helping three other parties that walked in after me. After another customer loudly asked whether I worked there or not, the waitress helped that customer, then returned and made an interrogative noise in my direction. I said I was waiting on a takeout order, and she returned with a paper bag. The corn dogs were cold, and the meat was somewhat lower in quality than the famous Costco $1.50 specials. The grease and flavoring chemicals they slathered the corndogs in were shiny, brightly-colored, and somewhat tasty. If I had to feed a small child I might come back, but otherwise if I want to pay money for carcinogens and poor service, I'll go sit on I-90 in rush hour.
