The rose hip milk tea is awful. It should not taste tart! It should taste a little bitter from the tea and lightly floral from the rose. The pink color of the drink and flavor makes me question the quality as well. This flavor should either be scrapped or reevaluated.

The boba here is terrible, it’s always so hard when chewing it. so disappointing.
Placed an online order. Came to pick up 20 min later. Was told "printer broke so we only prioritize people who are here". Why?!? Because online orders pay you inferior money?!! Never coming back for bad service. Plus another bubble tea place is opening right around the corner. Perhaps they'll value customers equally, online and "real"!!!

Poor place. Low quality and slow service. Almost 30 minutes for a single drink . The staff was very rude when I asked for my order.

Quality has been steadily declining. Ordered two milk teas on the app today, not sure if they made it ages ahead of the scheduled pick up time but there was no ice whatsoever in either of them with a big gap at the top of the cup.The tea itself lacked any sort of real flavor and the bubbles are actually hard/stale and way too chewy. Officially won't be coming back. There are much better options for bubble tea in the area (Gong Cha, Ten One Tea etc)
