Yummy food but not enough room to hang out, nor would I want to considering the number of people lining up for breakfast.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is accessible but the waiting area is very tight. There is a threshold to get over and maybe not enough room to get a wheelchair in if it's busy. I am sure the staff at the counter would come to the door to take an order - they're good people.

Overall a solid pick for a quick breakfast. Got the lemon poppy seed muffins and iced coffee: the muffins are smaller than the pictures make them out to be, but are still tasty; the medium iced coffee (black) was very light in flavor but does the job. The place is cash only but there is an ATM right next door. The service was good and I would go here again for a quick bite.

This place takes cash only! They had good ratings online when I looked for a breakfast sandwich on my way home from an appt. So I stopped in since I was driving by anyway. I ordered a cheese, egg & sausage on a croissant. This breakfast sandwich was listed as $6.95 on the menu. She rang it up and said $9.50ish. Don't remember exactly how much change it was. I asked why it was so much higher than the price on the menu and she said it was $1.50 extra for the croissant plus tax. The extra charge wasn't listed anywhere on menu, and she didn't bother to even mention that to me when I ordered. I was the only one there and it wasn't busy at all. Then I saw a sign on the register saying cash only. I didn't have cash so had to cancel my order. This wasn't listed anywhere on the website either. Maybe it's delicious, but I'll never know. They need to put this information online so people can have cash available. And they should have extra charges clearly listed on the menu. Or at the very least mention the extra charges when ordering. Personally I think almost $10 is too much for just a breakfast sandwich alone and nothing else, not even a drink. I won't go back.

I was just informed recently that this place exists and I am so glad! It's a small spot with a couple of tables inside and a few outside as well. It's a CASH ONLY establishment, FYI.The iced tea comes in medium and large and the large is MASSIVE and tasty (plain brewed black iced tea) We each got muffins grilled with butter. I got the French vanilla muffin and it was delicious. R got a chocolate chip muffin and we both tried both and agree that they're delicious and that we want to go back. While we were outside, a gentleman who I'm guessing may be the owner, approached us to ask if we wanted plates for our muffins, and also offered refills on the massive iced teas, which we declined, this time, but it was so generous of him to offer! Absolutely 2 thumbs up, all the stars, A+ all around!

Came on 5/10. I was as overcharged ($12) for a bagel with just egg & cheese and a medium ice coffee. The server refused to fix her mistake despite my politely pointing it out. All she would say is that "cheddar is extra" (I pointed out that they don't put that on the board). Never going back. The bagel also didn't taste fresh. For mediocre breakfast at a third of the price, I could have gone to DD.

Great breakfast sandwiches, but more importantly, the muffins are excellent. You can get the muffins done on the grill, which is the absolute best way to do it. They cut the muffin in half down the middle and you get this warm buttery delicious muffin experience. It's the best weekend treat. You can also call your order in so it'll be ready for you when you get there. Just remember it's cash only.
Best breakfast I've had in a while. It made me feel warm inside. The flavored coffee were not too sweet. All right.

Amazing muffins with wonderful baked edges!! The staff are wonderful. But I dream of these muffins often. They're wonderful snacks while waking to campus, as a road trip breakfast for a drive out to a hike, and any brunch activity with friends.
