The lady taking my order could not understand me asking for ketchup and never added it to my order. Then when I realized this I went back in the drive thru to get my ketchup. The line was very slow (probably because the lady at the first window could not take orders or payments properly) but I waited in the car because I had no jacket. When I finally get to the first window, I asked the same lady for ketchup and she just said “next window” and closed hers even though there was no one behind me at this point and she was not doing anything. She was really short with glasses.
