I had never personally gone to eat in Outback, I decided to go with a friend since it was close, the atmosphere is beautiful, good music, great food, I'm Brazilian, even though my English isn't good, I know how to place my order according to what I want, I was welcomed by a Brazilian boy at the beginning I was happy because it would be easier and faster to order the food, the restaurant was empty and the guy was very rude and impatient with an air of superiority I felt very uncomfortable, because at the next table with American people he welcomed them so well, my son felt sick so I got up and asked for the bill because I was very embarrassed because he had vomited, so I apologized for what happened and he just didn't even look at my face and He put the bill on the table and looked at me as if I were someone who didn't have enough means to be there.

Went on a Friday evening, seating took about 5-10 minutes. Ordered the bloomin' onion which was absolutely delicious and crunchy. Great appetizer for the table. I also ordered the tasmanian chilli which was lacking in taste and tasted odd, I did not finish it as a result. We also ordered the Brisbane ceaser salad with grilled chicken and the bloomin onion burger, both meals were good.

I had a very unpleasant experience at outback steakhouse yesterday I was there April 15 around 3 PM. The hostess was extremely unprofessional, and when I asked to see the menu, she proceeds to give me a dirty look. As I’m reading a menu She proceeds to stare me down. That should’ve been enough to make me leave because I’m sure, no one wants to be in a place where they feel like they’re not welcomed. As of the food The chicken was pink our waitress didn’t refill our water and didn’t give us bread and didn’t check up on us at a point that I had to ask another waitress for what I needed. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

We love going to Outback! I take my family here a few times a month. It’s affordable and the food is good. Unfortunately, the service is HORRIBLE. I am a gracious tipper. Usually 40%. But here I will tip 20%. And that feels like it’s too much. It’s usually quiet when we go and service leaves a lot to be desired.

My wife and I were celebrating our 15 year anniversary. She LOVES Outbak and because they've closed locations in our area it's not often we go. So we got a hotel in Boston and took our Uber over and we're sat almost immediately at a high top table by the bar. The manager on duty seemed to spend lots of time chatting up so.e regulars at the bar, and I one point I actually had to get up and move my seat over to the other end of the table. I wear hearing aids and all I could hear while trying to have a conversation with my wife, was the entire conversation at the bar the manager was having. My only issue with that was while he was "greeting guests", but mostly his friends, there didn't seem to be any eyes on the kitchen. I ordered a full rack of ribs, I only ate 2 ribs because the amount of salt was as if they spilled a container directly on it. My wife tried a single bite and had to literally rinse her mouth, not the quality ribs I'm used to there. My wife ordered her dish and specifically said "no mushrooms" her chicken came swimming in mushrooms. We ended up sharing her small piece of steak because our server was non existint and the manager was too busy talking about what time he got out and what local bars /spots hes been too. All the while the table next to us was in the process of sending back three plates of burgers that had an issue as well. Apparently the kitchen could have used some eyes in the expo area checking food quality. All said and done we spent exactly 100.00 and left HIGHLY disappointed to say the least. The only reason I didn't leave hungry was at least we had cheese fries and bread, not exactly a meal of celebration, but it took away my hunger. Also disappointed that the server could clearly tell that my untouched potato and a full rack of ribs still on a plate and I didn't want to take them to go because we told her they were way too salty, no care given....just an .....OK have a good night!
