I was a little apprehensive about booking this hotel as it is not in the centre of Boston, but I needn’t have been. The hotel is modern and clean. The staff could not do enough to satisfy our requests. The area around the hotel is modern and has a lovely lively feel. We never felt unsafe, even in the evenings. There are numerous restaurants/cafes and outlet shops. The distance from downtown Boston was not an issue as there is a direct T link to several city locations. All in all we had a fantastic stay and would definitely use this hotel again.

The best hotel!!! Everything was immaculately clean and well decorated. I was incredibly impressed by every detail. Enjoyed using the gym every day too. I saw a lot of individuals and families taking advantage of the pool too. The location can’t be beat either— close to airport (12 minutes by car), walk to T (less than 5 minutes), restaurants and shopping surrounded the hotel, Trader Joe’s for grabbing some beers and snacks for the room. I would definitely stay here again if traveling to the area.

We had a room with two queen beds. Excellent room. Quiet and comfortable. Breakfast you could choose buffet or order off menu. We chose buffet both days we were there. It was excellent with plenty of choices to fill you up. Friendly staff everywhere and very accommodating. We tried dinner there one night and it was good, but could use a little more selection. But in fairness, we found something and didn’t walk away hungry. Rey convenient to the T (subway) and from there, everything from museums to the Freedom Trail were easily accessible. The front desk personnel were excellent guides. Indoor swimming pool was very relaxing also. Worth the price and hope to return one day.

Very loud! Anytime someone is in the hall it sounds as if they are in your room. You can hear everything! Guest across hall had two dogs that were barking. Never experienced anything like this stay in my life. Not worth the money. Stay elsewhere.

lovely elegant spot hiding in Somerville!! Staff were wonderful and helpful. Rooms nicely appointed, fun to be in Assembly Sq! Martini in the bar was delicious, loved the various different gathering spots, especially the 2nd floor veranda!

Great place for breakfast. Avocado toast and French toast very tasteful, crispy croissants. Cappuccino way I love it.Buffet style was available too, great selection, but we weren’t too hungry for it.Excellent service and atmosphere.Highly recommend if you are in surroundings.

Great location with loads of shopping and restaurants within 1-2 blocks. Subway station 1 block away. Don't know about parking, as we did not bring a car. We walked all over the area and it felt very safe, day and night. We arrived early and our room was ready. The room was very clean and extremely comfortable. 1 king with a pullout. Just down the hall was an espresso machine with limited free snacks (apples, oranges, and an assortment of individual candies). The exercise area was impressive although we didn't use it. The breakfast buffet was very good, as was the service. It was a little pricey at 25/person, but the selection and quality were much better than a free breakfast. Plus, we didn't have to go searching for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at the Row Hotel so we could spend time with our son and his family nearby. We absolutely LOVED the hotel. The bed and the pillows were perfection....so many times you go to a hotel and one is good and the other isn't...but we slept very well. The room was quiet, immaculate, and the staff was friendly, efficient, and on point. We walked out of the hotel and were seated at the BBQ restaurant across the street in about 1.5 minutes. Very convenient. We never got a chance to try the bar or the breakfast....next time. We will be planning our next return visit for April.....see you then!

I recently stayed at The Row Hotel in Assembly Row, Somerville, MA for approximately one month and overall had a very positive experience. I was upgraded to a corner room which was significantly larger than the standard king rooms, and found the rooms to be well appointed and clean. Housekeeping was incredible and the staff were friendly and always willing to help with any needs. The bed was extremely comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. This is a vital aspect of any hotel stay, and The Row Hotel exceeded my expectations in this area. Additionally, the hotel had numerous meeting and work spaces available, which were great for those who need to get some work done. The gym was well-equipped and provided a great way to stay active during my stay. The heated pool was also a great way to relax after a long day. The hotel is a four minute walk to the Orange Line. The only downside of my experience was that Elite members do not get free breakfast, only a $10 credit daily under the Lounge Access Guarantee. Marriott's benefits guide states: "If...property does not have a lounge or approved alternative, property to offer daily continental breakfast in restaurant for Member +1... " Every other Autograph Collection hotel I have stayed at has offered breakfast credit that would cover the entire cost of a breakfast. In this case, a $25 daily credit would make sense.

This past weekend we had the pleasure of staying at the Row Hotel in Somerville Mass. We were actually planning to stay at the new Encore Hotel and Casino for a little getaway. The prices were very high so we decided to try the Row Hotel which is part of the Marriott Autograph Collection. It was a short Uber ride away from the Casino and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The hotel opened in June and the decor had the industrial feel, much like the area. The staff were wonderful and the restaurant was terrific. I would highly recommend this property. We did enjoy the casino too and plan another trip back soon but will definitely stay at the Row Hotel again!

Excellent experience. Check in with Ani (Ana?) was smooth and lovely. The hotel seemed new to me, and the room was especially large, clean, and the whole experience was an excellent value for the price. The hotel is situated in a commercial development with restaurants and other appealing conveniences. Great gym.

They have the best breakfast. Highly recommend this place for breakfast if you are looking for yummy/delicious breakfast in the somerville area. They do have buffet in the weekends. My favorite from menu are pancakes/ eggs Benedict and curried chickpea &quinoa bowl.
