The manager also treats you poorly, felt rushed the whole time when spending $300+ for two people. Much better places in assembly, must be why every time I walk by this place is empty and every other place has waitlist.

It was my first time ever going to this steakhouse I heard good things about is little upset about the overall experience I did not receive my food sizzling hot to the table as I was intending for my vegetables we're lukewarm I tried to get in touch with headquarters or somebody higher up I spent over $400 and gave over a 100 dollar tip the best part of the experience was the waitress I don't want to say to much more respectfully but I don't think I'd recommend it to my friend's who we're waiting to go

I want to like this place cause it's close, but every time I go in here, it's extremely quiet no business.. why do they have to cook with sooo much butter. And honestly why does the plate have to be so hot that you can't touch it? Just put it on another dish so this way we don't have to worry about it. The food is just not good, it doesn't compare to the other upscale steakhouses. I would honestly put to to comparison to and Outback Steakhouse. I wonder how long this place will survive in Somerville. Everything they serve here is way too expensive for what you get. On a side note our waitress was great. But also they had staff walking around cleaning tables and so on with ear buds on listening to music, and singing, call me crazy but for an upscale steakhouse seems kind of rude.

The waitress was nice but I think she was the only waitress in the restaurant. So we had to ask for water and ask for the dirty plates to be taken off the table. I will not rush back
The food was good. We requested medium well for the porterhouse but a good portion of it was medium temperature or less/cooler. The service was great! Kendall was a great server and I'll be requesting to have him in the future!

We had a rocky start to our reservation. We were seated very quickly, however we sat at the table for almost 20mins without any acknowledgement from a staff member. Other parties who were seated after us had drinks and water. One of our party members had to go up to the bar to order our drinks and still no one showed up. After our complaint we had a wonderful waitress who went above and beyond to make sure our dining experience was pleasant. The food was great. It was just unfortunate we were ignored for quite a period of time.
TL;DR - If you want a well aged, perfectly cooked steak then this is your place. Otherwise don't bother, honestly. And the wine list will be very, very out of date. We had the porterhouse for two that came with two lobster tails and dessert. We order a nice high-end Napa Cab from 2015 and two glasses of champagne for the lobster course. Champagne comes out, then the steak. No lobster. We inquire if the lobster is second for some reason. No. Kitchen mistake waiter brings the tails and immediately after, the wine. The cab isn't 2015 it's 2019 (!). Send the wine back, get the wine book and order a 2014 red blend out of Napa. We dig into the tails which are severely overdone (rubbery) and, at this point, cold. Waited returns, the 2014 is actually 2019 as well. Should he bring it? No. Bring us the first wine and send over the Som if they have one. Waiter returns with the wine and apologies from the Som who claims he's very busy but assures us he is updating the list next week. Steak was amazing (!). Perfectly cooked and flavorful. The cheesecake was mass-produced and slightly stale; mine is better. Waiter? Excellent! Put up with our issues like a champ and did his absolute best.
