I visited your location at Assembly Row in Somerville, MA and ordered a strawberry banana smoothie with agave and protein, a beverage I regularly enjoy at various establishments without issue.Upon receiving my order, I quickly realized that something was amiss with the smoothie. It had an off taste that suggested one of the ingredients may have expired. I approached the employee who served me and politely informed him of the issue. Shockingly, his response was dismissive and wholly unhelpful. He callously stated, "It's not my problem you don't like it."Undeterred, I reiterated that there was clearly an issue with the smoothie and requested a refund or a replacement. However, the employee adamantly refused both options, displaying a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. Despite my reasonable request, he continued to display hostility towards me, culminating in him slamming together a new smoothie without any regard for customer satisfaction.I was appalled by the employee's behavior, as his unprofessionalism and aggression are entirely unacceptable in any customer service environment. As a paying customer, I deserve to be treated with respect and provided with a product that meets basic quality standards. The fact that I was met with such disdain and hostility is truly disheartening.Therefore, I am formally requesting a refund for the subpar smoothie and the distressing experience I endured. Additionally, I urge you to address the concerning behavior of your employee to ensure that other customers do not have to endure similar treatment in the future.Please contact me at your earliest convenience to discuss the process for obtaining a refund. I expect prompt action to rectify this situation and restore my faith in your company's commitment to customer satisfaction.Thank you for your attention to this matter. Absolutely awful service. My smoothie was melted upon arriving. I asked for a new one and the employer argued with me for 5 mins trying to tell me my smoothie is fine. Both employees were visibly upset that they had to provide better customer service. My smoothie was re-made and though the texture was much better the taste was absolutely bland (green smoothie) and tasteless. Calling the service sub par would be nice. The guy making my smoothie was new Ave looked at the menu 5 times before finally finishing my smoothie. Terrible start to my morning. I'll go back to making smoothies at home and save the $15.00.

I absolutely loved coming here. Unfortunately the last several times the staff has not been too friendly. After looking on multiple reviews his seems to be consistent going back several years ago. I hope in the future there are better staff. I typically come here several times a month if not more. Unfortunately it will now be my last. Long story short it looks like they put protein powder in my smoothie the girl goes that’s what you ordered. I told them I wouldn’t have I’m allergic to an ingredient in there she goes oh. The other person goes no that wasn’t yours we gave the protein one to someone else. I go the girl said she gave me the protein one, because that’s what I ordered (when I did not) Instead of making me a new one they were extremely rude. I walked away came back a few moments later and the two people working were still extremely rude. All I wanted was it to be remade. The girl grabs the cup out of my hand and dumps it aggressively into the sink. She then starts making a new one while talking about me to the other person and throwing everything into the blender as if she was upset. When I received the new smoothie it wasn’t filled to the top and tasted warm and watery. I messaged the company on Facebook but I did not receive any apology just that they will look into it.

Very friendly staff and food taste amazing. The place is clean and it is right near the T so if you feel like eating something you would just walk down and it’s right there. Also numerous choices and if it is your first time they will really help you.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Everything I've tried is sooo good. Went a few days ago and tried the Elvis smoothie, to die for! And the dream cheese toast, bomb! I usually get the ruby smoothie and the margarita toast which are AMAZING but I decided to switch it up and I'm so glad I did! Also their staff is super friendly

I used to occasionally treat myself to one of Squeeze's expensive smoothies after a workout. It's very interesting to check this place on Yelp and see the business's self-pitying note from December 2020 that they closed during part of the pandemic. They are now reopen, but maybe don't care to be because even though Somerville has had their mask mandate reinstated for awhile now, I can't remember the last time I saw an employee wearing a mask correctly- and I'm there 3-4 times a week. Often they don't even have a mask on their person and they are actively serving customers. Makes me wonder where else they aren't taking health and safety seriously. Do they wash their hands after the restroom and handling their phones before touching ingredients? Do they clean the blenders correctly? Who can say? If I can wear a mask all day at work and then for nearly an hour workout, I think they should be able to handle it while they make smoothies!

Did not have a great experience here. The staff was unfriendly and kind of rude! When I walked up to the counter the two workers didnt say hi or anything, just stared at me with blank faces...that rarely happens to me so maybe train your staff a little better! Just grabbed a little wellness shot as I was waiting to go into a fitness class down the hall. Will probably try more things here just due to the location and convenience if working out in fitness row.

I stopped by yesterday at 1:35 for a freshly made juice and went to order and was told we don't make juice after 1:30 and wouldn't make me a juice so I asked why and they replied with because we close at 2:00. If this a place that specializes in fresh juice then why not serve it till closing? or close at 1:30. No where on there page says can only get juice till 1:30. Very disappointing.
