the dumplings are pretty good , there all I really get here for a snack. Also the servers are so thoughtful they always double check too see if your doing okay & If you need anything.

I finally got to try tasty momo & it exceeded expectations! We got the pan fried pork, steamed chicken & chicken curry. Everything was so flavorful & juicy. The dumplings give a hearty portion of meat too. Seems to be largely take out but we ate in & it was very comfortable and clean. I will definitely be coming back & recommend everyone check this place out!

We've been eating here regularly since early days in 2015, more times now than I can count. It's my favourite of the many Nepali joints in Somerville. Sophie's team do not disappoint! You can feel the love and heart in these homemade momos. The owner is warm and kind. Try the pork kothey or enjoy the chicken thukpa on a rainy day. Steamed chicken momos are our 2nd top choice. They also have non dumpling dishes like the traditional newari thali, desserts, samosas etc. Although most of their business is takeout, they recently got a beer and wine license after expanding to a larger spot across the street from the first location, very casual dine in ambience. Hop on the green line and GO! walking distance from the Magoun stop. Enjoy and spread the word! Ps. The red chilli sauce is variably spicy each batch. Sometimes it's fire

I was very excited to try Nepali food but I felt a little let down tbh. First of all, I thought I was getting a special shrimp momo but I ended up getting chicken curry so that was very strange.. The chips chili were missing the chilies and the chicken pan fried momo my boyfriend got was ok. My mango lassi was in a takeout container which was odd, I was surprised and a little confused in how to drink it. Regardless, it was good, thick mango yogurt. The gulub jamun was a lil underwhelming also, tasted like dunkin' munchkins in a syrup :x Overall, it seems like a nice place, but our experience was a little underwhelming.
Yummy dumplings momo in Somerville. Pan fried and steamed momo are v good, better than deep fried. Pork is more flavorful than beef. Nice juicy fillings with good amount of meat. Casual eatery with 6 tablespoons, a popular for take out.

Just spent a wonderful cold afternoon at Tasty MoMo and it was just what the Doctor ordered for a hungry pregnant lady on a cold & snowy day! Dumplings were juicy, hot, and plentiful, and the soup was so delicious we ordered a second one to take home. Can't wait to go back!!Parking: Street parking only, can be a challenge if its a busy day.

I used to live in Boston and have since moved away, but Tasty Mo:Mo remains my favorite place for momos. They are usually my first stop for dinner whenever I’m back in Boston and I have friends who gift me their bags of frozen momos (if they are selling). The best!!
