Went in for a few donuts. Everything looked so good, ordered a dozen. $60! OK. I'm a sucker for some good donuts. Let's do this. Got an assortment. 12 different donuts. Out of the 12, most were just ok. At $5 a pop, not really worth it. Maybe one or two I would try again, but not $60 worth. Get the one you really want, and save the rest for the next person.

This location is awesome because first of all there is plenty of parking. But the two girls that work here. They are both really really really nice. I started coming here because it’s easy to park and the people that work there are really nice and obviously the donuts are absolutely incredible. There’s no other taste like union Square. Donuts And thank you to the two girls that work there I don’t know your names, but I’m gonna have to introduce myself next time because you’re both extremely kind and I come back because when people are nice. You tend to become regular customers! So much about being a regular customer is about the people who work at these establishments. Being kind and being courteous, and always smiling. Not an easy thing to do but these two do a great job and they make you want to come back. We need more love in this world. This is what donuts has turned me into. Lol. I just stopped in again this morning and I got the maple bacon doughnut that was incredibly tasty. The two ladies that work at the branch at the assembly Square mall in Somerville Massachusetts. They are really really nice and very knowledgeable. Super kind and always smiling !CheersPraveen

The best donuts in the area. Love their yeasted donuts. Chocolate covered is always a favorite, it's darker chocolate than most. Comes in a vegan option which is amazing too (they have a bunch of vegan donuts). Coffee is always great and the staff are friendly.Vegetarian options: Almost everything is vegetarian. Several donuts are vegan as well, and coffee can be made with non dairy milk.Kid-friendliness: Very friendly with kids taking their time to order and answer their questions.
Donuts and coffee are always good. I don't think I've ever gone and the food/coffee was bad. 10/10 every time. Staff is always super friendly. Sometimes they're a bit slow or forget orders but always respectful when it happens. Atmosphere is good but small. Not the kind of "cafe" to hang out at but there are seats if you want to sit and eat.
