I am a huge fan of When Pigs Fly bread because of all their fun flavors-- standouts include their sundried tomato which have pieces studded throughout and the baby spinach, onion and garlic which is perfect for an avocado toast. I appreciate that their bags are freezer safe because I can toss a whole sliced bag into my freezer and have it on hand whenever; slices toast up super well from frozen without needing to de thaw. great customer service!!! guy working at the counter let us know that their balsamic is real balsamic, straight from Italy - tried some and it was absolutely incredible. also, apparently all their bread is driven in straight from the bakery in Maine, every morning. fresh as it gets.

Unique sourdough breads with both savory and sweet options. I love that they slice the bread for you if needed. I keep coming back just so I can try their other flavors. The bread also freezes quite well if you find you cannot finish it all before it goes bad.
