the drinks are okay, not as good as other starbucks but not awful. the employees seem miserable the entire time and complain everytime someone orders.

Even if no one is in the line they will make you pull up and off to the side while they make the drinks of other people potentially arriving. Never say hello, and always seem overwhelmed even by orders of just 3 coffees.

The coffees come out generally correct however you are left waiting very long lead times. It certainly is the slowest Starbucks I have to deal with. Maybe more training is needed or better management.

We go to this location at least 3 times a week and usually service is good maybe once every three weeks they screw up my drink or one of the drinks in the order the supposed manager I spoke to today after I know that there was either cream or whole milk in my coffee not skim when skim is all I can have because I am allergic to whole milk or cream the manager says I know I put skim in your drink not anything else so basically called me a liar NOT GOOD and the kid doing the register never gives a receipt. My receipt and cup says light nonfat so no that's not all nonfat/skim so sick of this place I won't be returning ever manager was rude all she did was say well I know I put it in and I can make another why would I waste my gas coming up there again not happening
