Accidental find but so so glad that we stumbled on this gem. Bagels are light without the density found in other bagel places. We had a Seaport on an everything, Turkey Cuban and an uncle Jerry with sausage. Amazing bagel sandwiches . Extra surprise…..the coffee was also quite good.

Ordered 8 bagels for our family and everyone was done exactly as ordered. The being bagel snobs from NJ we were hesitant but were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the bagels and sandwiched they were turned into. Only thing I would note is they use that premade egg stuff which I am not a fan of, I should have ordered a fried egg or over easy, that's on me not them.

I came to visit family for a few weeks who, sadly, drink decaf! I had previously visited the location when it was Red Barn Coffee and decided to give the new business a try. I was NOT disappointed. The coffee was delicious and I drove past one of those OTHER places and fought morning traffic to complete my U-turn to get back just to get it! I tried bagels a couple of times and being a resident of Florida, I truly miss an excellent bagel of the quality you will find here! But above all, the service is impeccable. Always with a smile and just an overall positive vibe to start your day off right. I also had the opportunity to witness a woman answer a phone for a customer looking for a lost item. She went out, in the cold in a T-shirt, to look around the parking lot for it. Thank you for keeping me in caffeine during my visit and I will see you again on our next visit!

What a cute little bagel shop. I’m not a fan of most chains because they tend to lack consistency but that’s not the point here. I was just looking for a quick stop on my way to a job site and glad I found this place. The customer service was amazing, I was met with a warm greeting and a smile even as I took my time reading the menu and selecting my breakfast. I loved the amount of options and you can add pretty much whatever you want. I didn’t take photos because I demolished my sandwich buttt I got the Soho +hasbrown. What a huge delight, the sandwich was huge ! Piled high with ingredients and no skimping on the cream cheese, which was super fresh and velvety smooth. Overall entirely satisfied and super full

I went to NY Bagel Factory in Southborough to pick up some lunch for a colleague and myself, and the amazing staff donated 1/2 dozen muffins and several giant cookies to bring to the hospital staff! They also shared with me that they donate any unused bakery items to local businesses and food pantries at the end of the day ❤️Amazing food, delicious coffee and the kindest staff...what a great experience and a reminder of the good in this world!

This place has the potential to be great but more often than not it's just super frustrating. Food is super inconsistent, bagels are sometimes amazing - sometimes hard as a rock - and sometimes (like today) totally burned. My fault for not checking before we left with this bagel but whoever wrapped this up should have known that this is not what you serve someone. So disappointed.

The food is good. The bagels are very good. But it's sad the coffee is bitter and unpleasant to drink. And I ordered a turkey sandwich not once, not twice but three times and it still came out with chicken instead. *Three times* I confirmed turkey, including once when they were validating the order back to me. $18 dollars later for an iced coffee and bagel sandwich to go and they couldn't even get my order right. And for that I tipped upfront. This is why you shouldn't be asked to tip until you experience the food and service!!

I’m from New Jersey so I have a bit of a high standard when it comes to bagels. I’ve been passing by this place on my way to work for months and I finally decided to stop in and give it a try. Was not disappointed! Bagels were fluffy, the people working there were absolute angels, and it made my day to start out with one of these scrumptious bagels. Schmear options were plenty and delicious. Very reasonably priced as well!

These are really good bagels, but that price keeps creeping up. The last time I went my bagel and cream cheese hit 5 dollars, and while inflation is real it's not 5 dollar bagel real. So while these are much better than chain coffee shop bagels, there's nothing that makes them worth a fin.

We have been going to the Westbound NY bagel every weekend! Eastbound for some reason couldn’t make it . Its the perfect cold weather location with plenty of seating and Jen did a great job . Jen the manager and her crew are the best ! . The nicest , most knowledgeable woman ! Thank you Jen !Parking: Location is easy right on RT.9 West.Usually plenty of parking available.
