We were iffy on what to order but our hosts expertly guided us down a path of culinary delights with recommendations that had us closing our eyes in ecstasy. The shrimp were not only amazingly flavored but also cooked to perfection, the texture was unbelievable. “The food from Hearthstone Market is delicious and so convenient. The meals freeze well so it makes it easy to stock up. The staff working in the store are always so nice and helpful. I was there Saturday and the wonderful woman working even carried my bag out to my car for me - I walk with a cane so this small gesture on her part meant a lot to me. Highly recommend!“

Along with the crab Rangoon pizza which was so good ! The clam strip meal is one of the best ive had ! The chicken and waffle pizza is to die for also ! The ice cream is so yummy ! “We stopped in on New Years Eve. Its nice to see so many cars in the parking lot giving a local restraunt their business. We ordered fajitas, pulled pork sandwich & a mushroom burger. All food was good. Our waitress was very good & friendly. We will be back.“

“We went to Woodstock Tavern after visiting Woodstock country shops in the same plaza. The restaurant is nicely decorated. The bar is quite large and plenty of TVs. We were seated right away at a nice table. I have a gluten allergy and was happy to see gluten-free roll options on the menu. I had the Philly steak sandwich on a gluten-free roll. The fryer is not gluten-free so I was offered a side salad for $2 more. The steak sandwich was dry, but had good flavor. My mother-in-law had the Swiss burger. She said it was very good, again a little dry. The waitress never asked how she wanted her burger cooked, so it came out well done. Next time we would make sure we gave a temperature on the burger. She said the fries were crispy and delicious. The dessert options looked enticing, but we were full so we didn't opt for dessert. Next time we'll try the brownie sundae. I used the ladies room. It was clean and very nice. The Woodstock Tavern is a nice addition to the and area. I will come again.“

“Excellent on all counts, from server to atmosphere to food. In town for a NYE wedding, we wanted to enjoy dinner after an almost 5 hr drive and hotel check-in on Dec. 30. We called ahead, about 90 min. and the hostess fit us in at a small table for two. Sturbridge Porterhouse rivaled the best meals we have had. Shocked to find no porterhouse on the menu though! ?“
