This place is amazing the owner is so nice and staff is so helpful. We get pizza, grinders, grape leafs, etc for delivery. The food is amazing . Even when you call they have respect when you call. Please share how good they are. amazing goes long way. Great customer

I am completely appalled by the cold food I was delivered. Then as I was attempting to rectify the situation the person over the phone began to argue with me about the food being hot. The picture speaks volumes. If this was hot as I ordered the cheese would be melted. I understand mistakes, but the unprofessionalism I received was beyond disgusting.

I’ve ordered here for as long as theyve been open atleast 11 years . Theyre pizza is generally good if i tell them to cook it more and make thin crust. Otherwise too thick snd not cooked enough comes out doughy like it was steamed instead of baked. Pepperoni pizza gets all its flavor from browned cheese and pepperoni. Decided to try a pastrami rueben it was $10+ so thought must be good sandwich for that much alot of meat. Unfortunately it was the cheapest sandwich I’ve ever seen in life and was a chef 15 years and friendlys charges way less abd gives about 5-10x what i got a single slice just 1 of pastrami. Will never order again. Also have been ordered delivery giving my card to pay over phone for a decade and having them leave order and call me. Now they refuse to take my card tell me i have to order online or the driver has to use card machine. This is just rude to me and irresponsible covid is still around just got it. To give a long term regular a hard time over this is bad business and management. Theres 100 other pizza places that will take my card so I cancelled the order. Also the girls who answer the phone just hung up on me when I canceled the order. They are often rude and short w people . Great pizza when you tell them how to make it but they should know how to make pizza by now. Covid is never going away but bad time to make a forced contact rule to pay for delivery not one wants to take extra chances unnecessarily. In general no contact is why people are ordering take out alot. They should know this

I ordered from this place for the first time and let me tell you, the food was so good… the best chicken cutlet and cheese fries I had in a long time.There was one issue, I ordered egg plant parm for someone who is vegan but they sent me chicken parmigiana.. to be transparent I believe it was a misunderstanding. But when I called them back they told me that they will have the delivery guy bring me the new plate and to give him the messed up order. Anyways food came back in a timely manner and food was good.I am glad we decided to order from here and give them a chance. Thank you for your customer service ❤️❤️❤️
When I lived in the area this was my favorite pizza spot I have given them plenty business. I just recently ordered pizza from them for a party I spent a total of $237 on pizza and wings. This place run’s special promotions all the time where they give 2L sodas with purchases. When asked if I could get free sodas with my order of 6 party size pizzas and 80 wings the owner took 2 minutes to think about it and selfishly said “she can have 1.” On top of that the pizza was burnt! I WILL NEVER SUPPORT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN.

Not for nothing I love this place. But for the the last 5 times ive ordered from here I have gotten my food supper cold .... Biting into a piece of celery is warmer then biting into my wings, pizza, onion rings or French Frise with my nacho cheese.I have been needing to warm up my food in the oven or microwave which I hate. But when ur hungry. Ur hungry. .... .Ordered some teriaky wings they taste so sour .. Geezzz. So sour. It isnt the first time. But I keep ordering because the first 2 times they were so good. Im just trying to get that servise again.Im not sure if its the days ive been ordering but they have been slacking.From the delivery time to the way the food taste and how cold / hot the food is.Update:: last couple times i ordered from here Ive asked for extra cheese and have been charged for it but i have not gotten the extra cheese. They must have a new cook. Because that was one thing i never had a problem with.
