Usually don't have a problem with this specific location.But on this particular occasion. We stopped in ordered and paid for our food. There was workers that we not on the clock and in plain clothes in the kitchen cooking which seemed every unsanitary to me. It looked like a free for all, then the one that was cooking their own food not on the clock decided to delete orders off of the screen and one of those orders being my order. I was standing around for almost a half an hour and I was trying to get someones attention to help me and they were all ignoring me. When I finally got help it took them another 20 minutes to get me my food. Seen as though they had sent it out the window. Then when I got "my food" I opened it and none of it was right. But I didn't have time to get the correct food.Well I was there one of the other customers dropped their drink and then half of the staff had to go looking for the mop because they had no clue where it was.Very much a different experience than the ones that I have had at this Burger King in the past.

Just came home from picking up my food. Order 2 crispy chicken classic sandwiches and two 8 pieces mozzalla sticks for a cost of $22.00. The chicken was so over cook that I could not even cut it with a knife. The mozzalla stick were in the same condition couldnt cut them with a knife. Could not eat one item that I purchased for the $22.00 it all ended up in the garbage. On top of this they made me move out of line and wait for the food. I sat in the waiting position for 10 minutes after paying for my food and got garbage.
