Yelled at by a Dunkin truck driver while passing by the drive thru window after patiently waiting in line since his truck was blocking the pass thru lane. The rudeness of this driver was uncalled for. When we went inside to purchase just 2 coffees, we had to wait some 10 minutes --- understandably there were just two people working the shift taking care of moblie, in-person orders and drive thru. The unacceptable --- being bullied by that driver! Manners! Manners!

I visited this Dunkin' location as a walk-in customer, expecting the usual quick and friendly Dunkin service. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite being the first in line inside the store, I ended up waiting for 20 minutes without being acknowledged or served other then the one interaction where the employee rudely told me I needed to order at the pickup line instead of the register. During this time, I observed over 30 cars being served at the drive-through, which highlighted a clear prioritization of drive-through customers over those waiting inside. The line for walk-in customers grew to 15 people, all of us left unattended and ignored. This oversight not only reflects poorly on the efficiency of service but also on the establishment's regard for customer satisfaction. I left the store without being served, disappointed and unlikely to return for another walk-in visit. For an establishment that prides itself on speed and customer service, this experience was a letdown. I hope this feedback serves as a constructive criticism to improve the service balance between drive-through and walk-in customers, ensuring everyone receives the prompt attention they deserve.Remove cheap help yourself coffee at the gas station and failed miserably at servicing customers at extremely inflated prices.

I visited this location yesterday afternoon around 3:30pm. When I pulled up to the drive thru, I sat there for a minute or two without being acknowledged. I wondered if the drive thru was broken, or if the place was open, so I pulled around and saw another car being served at the window. When that car left I pulled up to the window, and the employee inside left the window - I couldn't see where she went and assumed she hadn't seen me, so I beeped to let her know I was there. It took another minute or two for her to come back to the window, at which point she told me that she couldn't serve me at the window and I would have to go back around. I asked why she couldn't serve me and she said she couldn't and once again she said I needed to go around or use the app, which I don't have, and that she had people waiting being me. I asked again why she couldn't just take my order, because I was there first and had been waiting without being acknowledged. She said she was the only one there and gestured to someone at the counter inside and said he had been waiting patiently and told me my entitled behavior was unnecessary. She then closed the window in my face. I waited at the window while she took the order of the car behind me, and when they pulled up she completely ignored my presence and called out to them that they'd have to come around inside to be served. I parked my car and went inside, where she again completely ignored the fact that I was there while making the drink for the next people in line. I asked if she was going to continue to ignore me, which she did. I pointed out to her that if she had just acknowledged me at the window I would have waited there and been able to place my order. Someone else walked into the lobby and she took his order and served him. I asked again if she was going to continue to ignore me, and she said "I'm not serving you and you can leave my store."To her credit, she remained calm and never raised her voice throughout this interaction. That said, SO MUCH of this interaction should never have happened. She should never have been alone on shift - that's a huge no-no in the fast food industry, for the safety of the workers and the security of the store. Since she WAS alone, she should have closed the lobby, which would have been safer for her, more secure for the store, and allowed her to manage the flow of customers so her attention wasn't divided between the lobby and the drive thru. She should have acknowledged me while I was in the drive thru. Literally the first thing they teach you when you start working in fast food (and I know, I did it for 10 years and was the person who trained new hires) is... greet the guest. She could see me on the camera, and she told me her headset had been beeping so she knew I was there - even if she was talking to another guest, she should have said "Just a second, I have someone in the drive thru... Hi welcome to Dunkin, I'll be with you in a moment." And, since she didn't greet me and the drive thru, when I pulled up to the window, what she should have said was, "I'm so sorry about that, I'm the only one here. What can I get for you today."I left the store and tried to call later in the day to speak to a manager, but the phone number listed online didn't work, so I'm leaving this review in the hopes that either the manager will see it and speak to her, or the owner will speak to the manager.

I went through the drive through & I have to say I was very disappointed with the manager of this Dunkin donut . The staff was trying to do her job and the manager was addressing some issue with her while she was trying to take my order . The staff kept telling her to please stop but the manager kept on reprimanding her in front of me and there were other people behind me . . You could see the staff was getting upset and seemed uncomfortable with the situation. That is not the way to address a situation with one of your staff. There should be a time and a place for that in a private setting & not in front of customers !!! Very inappropriate!!!

Every time I order my order is the restaurant doesn't even have the decency to tell you if something is out of stock they also don't answer their phone at all instead of giving you the order you actually ordered they give you whatever they feel like... If someone were to have an allergy this is definitely not a place to order from because they do not take consideration absolutely worst Dunkin donut

Don’t order from them on DoorDash!!! They throw whatever kind of bagels in the bag and don’t care about what type of cream cheese you order. I’ve never felt with such lack of attention to detail ?
