The workers here are awesome. Friendly and they’re not gonna serve you burnt food or wrong drinks like other Dunkin’s do. My drink is always correct when I come to this dunkin. It’s the best one in the area.

I went to dunkin on Bay Street in Springfield mass to get 2 cups of coffee not only did I sit in the line with no other cars but my own for 7 minutes but my coffee was already made sitting at the window I got to my destination and the label read French vanilla swirl 6 sugars 3 creams and a regular coffee 6 sugars six milks….they were both regular coffees no sugar one was black and one might’ve had one cream it was dark I will not be patronizing this location again very disappointed!!

Went to get coffee and wake up wraps, I found a small lint or piece of hair in my food and informed the worker there was a hair. She was rude and insisted there was no hair giving me mad attitude. She told me to pull around and they would remake it but instead gave me the SAME wrap again in a new bag. So disrespectful. Like what difference does it make if a costumer complains theres hair— REMAKE IT. You aren’t paying for it so why does it matter if you have yo take 30 extra seconds to remake something as small as a wrap. Im not saying it was physical hair but there were 3-4 small hairs in my food it couldve been lint or a sleeve touched it- either way its MY food so it shouldnt be there! Doesnt photograph well but I can see it clear as day with my dam eyes.

Front counter Is always lovely, My coffees always good and fresh. Don’t get me wrong workers are always nice and respectful. but, Never fails each time I order food. It seems like it sits there for long periods of time. Hash browns be hard and cold and ham and Swiss suffer same as hash browns hard cold seems to be sitting there for a few hours or something or like the avocado toast, beard was hard like I can break my tooth and it’s not right one expects to have fresh food being a loyal customer. Please do better!

The crew is very patient and caring. Also they care about the details. I especially appreciate the fact that they put the label for different sizes of straws, save time for customers and they are the only one who has that throughout the nation. No kidding, this DD deserves 5 stars.

Worst dunkin I've ever been too, they continue to allow one disrespectful employee to tamper with drinks, whist not making the correct drink sizes to begin with. Corporate does nothing. I've made several complaints without a real response. This employee puts ingredients that certain drinks don't contain. I complain and they didn't even refund me for a drink that landed me in the er due to having wrong ingredients im allergic too. Then continued to complain because I got nothing but automated responses and still being served wrong coffee and coffee sizes daily. After almost a month and a half I got the rudest email response from corporate calling me a liar. Saying it was my fault he was making the coffee wrong because I left the store with it instead of complaining to the same aggressive male employee. Mind you I spend 70 dollars a week at dunkin for years. (ordering one of the most expensive drinks on the menu daily) When u pay for a large you want a large not a coffee a whole 2 inches from the brim. For anyone who states the obvious; "go to another dunkin" well this is the closest one to where I live, I dont drive due to seizures, therefor I walk 2 miles every morning to get an order that never changes yet is always wrong. Now let me state the obvious; I shouldnt have to go to another dunkin to get respect and what I pay for. It should be the same at any dunkin. But instead it's the same rude employee, same consistent problem, same lazy corporate workers, but the only answer is to blame the customer apparently. And then they wonder why thier rating is terrible and every comment is negative.

everything. let's start with the customer service, ghetto employees, wrong sizes, incorrectly made coffees daily when the order doesn't change. complaining to corporate is useless

There has been two times I have ordered more than one order of stuffed bagel minis and have been charged and shorthanded of what i actually purchased. It is not fair for me to continue ordering something and not recieving everything I've purchased and theres no working number to get in contact with the staff.

So annoyed. My boyfriend went to go get us breakfast hashbrown were OLD!! Probably heated hours ago and reheated. Absolutely disgusting. My boyfriend took a bite of one and went inside. They gave him a refund for them. Well, he got home with the rest our food....it was exactly the same. What a waste of 8 dollars. Absolutely ridiculous. I guess he should have checked the other food. But maybe they should serve FRESH food. Not food thats reheated, that's been sitting around for hours. So disappointing. The employees gave him mad attitude about it as well. We have gone to this dunkin multiple times. This time was Absolutely the worst. So disappointing. Especially considering how the economy is right now. Employees should be considerate of what their customers are BUYING. FYI Also reheating OLD food can make people SICK!!!

Hot water machine broken, had to microwave hot water myself to get hot chocolate. The powder was not stirred at all. Once I got all the clumps out and tasted it, it was all water. She added more powder and chocolate flavoring but it didn't taste right. Had to remake all over again. What a disappointment. Gave 3 stars only because girl working was very nice and apologetic. She was only one there, running counter, drive thru and making food and drinks. This multi billion dollar corporation won't spend money to fix their scrappy equipment or hire and pay their employees decently. Thank god for places like Cumberland where if I have to make my own drink all their equipment works flawlessly and I'm only charged $1.
