Music was very loud when walking in.Bathroom was a disaster, not cleaned, blood on the seat, and no soap.Did not order food or drinks.

One restroom is closed permanently and the other doesn’t have soap. I’ve been here twice already and this situation wasn’t addressed. No hand sanitizer in sight, makes me question the cleanliness of hands prepping the food. 0/5

They are very rude we went in the drive thru and want chocolate and jelly munkinks and they put in all jelly and some plan then we went in to get our money back and they won't give us our money back and it is nasty in there the whole place is nasty

One gentleman there held down the fort for thanksgiving. My DoorDash guy messed up big time and this lovely gentleman handled everything for me. Made my coffees amazing and was so sweet during the process while dealing with the drive thru and kept a fast pace through it all. Need more workers like him. Hope he has a great thanksgiving.

Every time I come here I tell myself “this is the last time I go to this Dunkin” because the wait times are astronomical, the staff are usually unpleasant, and the order gets messed up. Today I decided to time it and see how long it takes to get my order. I placed a mobile order on my app at 9:31 AM. 2 coffees and half a dozen donuts so not a ton of stuff. Arrived at the drive thru line at 9:33AM. I didn’t get my order until 9:55 so that’s a total of 22 minutes spent in the drive thru line (and yes, in prior visits I tried ordering the walk-in pickup and going inside. Wait time was the same). They STILL managed to get my order wrong, but at least the staff were pleasant today. Stay away from this dunking at ALL COSTS! Go the Dunkin on Maple St. by the East Longmeadow Rotary. They have never messed up my order and it’s always been ready quickly. It’s out of the way, but I could’ve gone from my house to that Dunkin and back to my house TWICE in the amount of time it took for this Dunkin.

I realize it was late in the day but they were out of nearly everything I tried to order no hot chocolate no Frozen coffees no whoopie pie donuts which was the donut of the month fortunately though employee was kind enough to offer us a free donut because of the trouble. I think that after a certain time of day donuts should be half buy one get big corporation like Dunkin can't afford to give away donuts.

Worst Dunkin in America. The staff look like heroin users and the workers never wear gloves. The line is so slow and the employees are rude. Also a former staff told me they have roaches and mice that are always in the food.

I stopped in the drive thru yesterday around 4 pm and the intercom service is horrible, the girl was asking me to yell into the speaker. After giving my order she still didn't get it right so when I tried to ask about it I got nothing but attitude and F bombs dropped left and right, Then was told to get the F out of here. Very sad... never again

What's wrong with the youth this days, they have it made ,and yet don't appreciate it. I guess they don't know what is like to earn 6:50 a hour and work for 40hrs a week just to make under 300.00 . What the hell . I can't wait till imagrant learn some english and the start treating costumers with respect, like welcome to donkin donut Señor ,how can i take your order. I mean breakfast was look warm .To take it back would mean ,waiting another 15 minute...

everytime i come here it's a disappointment. the bagels are ALWAYS hard, the hash browns are always cold and the employees don't even have the courtesy to say "have a nice day". don't even come here for a donut.
