Ate there about 2 weeks ago, and it was a total mess. Ordered 1 item and waited 22 minutes for it where there was only 1 person in front of me. The lady making the sandwiches just didn't care about anything, dropping 4 bagels on the floor and just leaving them there for people to step on. When after 22min of waiting for my ham and cheese croissant, I went up to to ask about my order, she said she's sorry and that she forgot, put my food in the machine for exactly 5 seconds. I got my food and it was cold. I didn't bother wasting any more time and threw it in the trash. Someone needs to look into that place, seriously!

Says they close at 6pm, but supposedly that means they stop serving at 5 so they can walk out the door at 6. Um, that means you really close at 5 then. Lazy. Terrible service.

Dunkin’ is alright when you need a fast breakfast sandwich, or wrap.The donuts I wouldn’t care to buy because every time I look in the case there’s ? or flys posting up on the donuts! They definitely need to find a way to keep the bugs ? ? out.Wheelchair accessibility: There’s room enough to get in comfortably, and exit.

Went here and my friend didn't finish ordering and they rushed us to go and pay. Asked for a bottle of water and they said no. Went there again today and they rushed us with ordering. Bad attitude and I feel bad for anyone that works there.

Went through the drive thru this morning 8/18/23. Was told very rudely that food wasn't ready and that I should come back in 15 minutes. Didn't even give me the chance to order something else before being told to leave so the drive thru timer would stop. I left and won't be going back. Some one needs to learn how to speak to customers respectfully or find another job.

Some students at the school messed it up for majority of students being able to get anything from here. I graduated last week, 19 years old with an id, and they still won't serve me. I came by yesterday to get a swiss ham and cheese croissant thing, it was burned. They are very slow. The lady manager is nice, but makes no sense when she says she can't serve students when I'm not a student anymore. It's rediculous. Whenever i Got something from here it's always been messed up some way from a snack'n bacon having nothing but grease in it, to one of the workers threatening me.I work at Burger King. A fast food area that gets more people than this location of Dunkin. I know how it is. Still doesn't justify their actions and poor job. (This rating is based on a year of encounters)
