When I don't order ahead, somehow the people who order after me always receive their orders before me. Finally, one day I addressed the situation, and the person handling the mobile orders agreed with me. As a result, I started ordering ahead. However, even after arriving 15 minutes after my order was placed, it still wasn't ready. I had to wait an additional 5-10 minutes, and to my surprise, the people in line who arrived after me received their orders before me. What's the point of ordering ahead when the line moves faster? This place lacks organization, and good customer service, I wouldn't recommend it.

Online it says they are open on Christmas until one so I drove 30 minutes and they were closed. That’s very upsetting and a waste of time. You should update your information online because there were multiple people there trying to get service.

Writing this review only after the FIFTH time they have messed up my order. This Dunkin used to be the best around and has seriously gone downhill the last few years. I always order ahead with the app to make it easier when at the drive thru, and the employees never make the order right. The only modification I do is I change my breakfast sandwich to be on a bagel instead of a croissant. 5 times in a row they have given me the croissant, today included. I ordered an espresso drink and the espresso tasted awful; like it was burnt and old. Usually I go on my way with my messed up order but today the coffee was unbearable so I went back. The girl at the speaker was rude and short with me when I asked for a new drink and for my sandwich to be remade. Customer service is seriously lacking. Finally get my remade order and they made it wrong again. At this point I'm just going to stop going to Dunkin because they continuously mess up your order and then give you attitude when you ask for it made right. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!
