Extremely rude a good majority of the time I've visited there; and do not service customers whatsoever at the front counter when they are busy in the drive thru. Have been refused service when I had been standing at the counter for a couple minutes due to not having the staff to compensate. I was not rude, nor gave an attitude but was definitely met with one.
Dunkin' Donuts is not what it used to be I remember when I was a kid all the donuts were made fresh and delicious now they don't taste very good at all. Matter of fact they change some of their recipes over the years the Boston cream is just barely any cream in it inside of it at all. I remember back in the day when it was filled with like banana pudding and it was very good now it's not so good and tasty like it used to be.

Waited at the speaker for about 10 minutes before anyone asked me what I wanted. Once I placed my order, it took literally another 15 minutes for me to get my sandwiches, and the girl at the window was so caught up in her phone that she forgot to give me my ice coffee so I had to pretty much raise my voice so I can get her attention and tell her she didn't give me my coffee. I know it's not the most lucrative or pleasant job, but come on, courtesy and work ethic go a long way.
