I was treated very poorly by this establishment. I felt discriminated and very disrespected by one of the managers when l called to inform her that my food was not made correctly & didn't look good either. However, l wasn't calling to blame anyone,but only to inform her that my food wasn't correct etc....She abruptly told me that I'm sorry but l often come in on my phone and that she wasn't going to go back forth and hung up the phone in my ear. I was advise to post a review from the BBB. Again l am not here to slander this establishment, but to let the manger know FYI l may not work in tower square or be anyone of importance to you but, I am paying for a service like everyone else expect to be treated with respect. As manager and business owner your job is to be courtesy and fix the problem not be the problem or discriminate based upon who l am or if l come in often. Your level of patience with me was very poor . I was not rude or demanding anything from you, but only informing you my service was not good today so you could be aware. Please continue on going here if you choose maybe your experience here has been good. My experience over years not just today has never been good. I should never feel like l can't tell someone that a mistake was made with the fear of being ignored or disrespected.

Great place in tower square. Wraps are very well made, we had the southwest and Buffalo chicken wraps. Value was great, very fresh and delicious. Will always stop here when in town! Thank you Nino and Maria!!!

I was using Yelp in the Springfield area early in the day when I was in the area for work and found a restaurant that I wanted to go to in the area to pick up some food. Turns out Yelp had the hours wrong but I stumbled across this place when walking around. I got myself a simple seafood salad wrap. The ingredients tasted fresh and the staff was very friendly. I took it to go but still wouldn't be able to say much about the dining experience except it's tower square and sits on the second floor food court.
