I accidentally ordered the "grilled" chicken instead of the "tenders". Big Mistake. The sauce doesn't stick to the pieces of chicken which were dried out. Still spent $50 on not too much food. Now i remember why my last visit was over a year and a half ago.

disappointing chewy chicken best thing was the fries which weren't great either. they are very floppy and soggy. wings over used to be better. ranch was ranching

But when I got there, the service was so good and the wait was really not that long... didn't even matter that I had to go in.The website was very helpful, too. I could have placed the order there for pickup and it seemed it would have been very easy.I am pretty strict when it comes to orders from a wing place... so, of course, I got wings-- dry rub only. Lemon pepper and (I think) west Texas mesquite... absolutely on point. And the tots were good. These were easily some of the best wings I've had in a while. The seasoning was wonderful. I have other wing spots I love but boy lemme tell ya....Alright, so as I said, I'll be back to Wings Over Springfield-- and you should, too. Doooooo iiiiiiiittttttt!

We really like their boneless wings. We like almost all the different ones we have tried. I question the accuracy of the different levels of spicy ones. If you order mild or medium, they shouldn't burn holes in your mouth (if you know what I mean). Maybe a worker just made a mistake that time? But overall, we love the wings there.

Cashier was very rude and made fun of my clothes. She also made fun of my acne. I also think heard her mumble under her breath "cracker" as I was walking away. The food was okay, asked for mild wings and got Hot wings though.

Always come here when I'm craving delicious boneless honey bbq wings, and I'm never disappointed. Wings over may be a chain, but they're always pretty consistent in their quality. This location is the only stand alone wings over location near western ma, so it's a must if you're in the area and looking for some yummy wings. Nothing fancy, but always great.

Completely unprofessional. No one cooks the food correct. Prices are unreasonable now. 25 Wings are 40$+ I would rather this location close than the toxic staff and corporate owners continue to try to push bad food on people. Their Facebook has blocked everyone from comment on posts or even messaging them. Says a lot. Cheers.

We looooove wings over westfield and decided to give this location a try... we wish we went out to westfield! These were SO dry inside and out. You have to drench them in ranch for them to be edible! We ordered fries and tater tots which were SO soggy and gross. Their ranch is generic unlike other locations. Do not go here
