Great place for sushi. The way they have their ordering is amazing. On a piece of paper you check off what you want, they take the paper and come back with what you ordered. The sushi was so fresh. It was delicious ? ?

Food wasn’t too bad but the hair we found in the soy sauce plate was off putting.

Atmosphere seems lacking- very plain and noise carries easily as there's nothing to absorb noises. Service was fine, never had to wait long. Hot tea was absolutely disgusting, and some of the beef in what I ate had a slightly odd aftertaste. Sushi was good however, except for the one roll I had that was supposed to have snow crab, but was imitation crab instead. Was shocked to see an 18% gratuity already included in the final check, and thought it was quite funny they still had an option to leave a tip afterwards, especially since it was just me eating there. Not sure I'll be back anytime soon.

this place was amazing few months ago.but since opening the second location in Enfield the quality, menu offerings, and customer service have dropped off rapidly. My friend and I popped in for a quick dinner - always an hour, no more. about 10 other patrons, full staff... we sat for nearly 40 minutes before realizing they never came over to take our order, and weren't coming to (we filled out our usual order immediately, set it aside for the taking, and kept chatting until I realized, hey, is our food coming? and my friend goes, they didn't even take the paper order away yet... cue surprised, frantic flagging on my part that went ignored several times).hard to flag them down for drinks, napkins, food. I noticed the other patrons struggling with that, too.girls were mostly on phones or pretending to not see people while circling the restaurant.took another half an hour repeatedly asking different girls for the check. we were given attitude when told that our whole dining experience took two hours, and they were definitely talking about us afterwards.not surprised at the lack of customer service, as there is now an 18 percent gratuity added to check - I wouldn't have tipped anything last night for the blatant disregard!if you want good sushi buffet with fresh fish, nice presentation, and attentive staff that knows what you need before you even have to say it, please try Ichiban in East Longmeadow. You won't miss Haya at all.

Went the other night. Waited over 40 minutes for them to even take our order. We had to flag someone down. Who was clearly annoyed because we weren't her table. They rushed the food out. The shumi was super watery with no flavor and some of the sushi was cut so big that the nori gagged us. It took asking for the check 2 times to get the check and that took another 30+ minutes. We just wanted to get out as soon as possible after. Only to find out while paying that they now are forcing an 18% gratuity for every check. Which we were super upset about because their service did not deserve any gratuity. If you don't finish your food they also charge $1 per piece of sushi you do not eat...

Went there the other night. waited 40+ minutes before they even took our order. then they rushed everything out. the seafood wasn't great quality. then it took another 30+ minutes to get the check after asking for it twice. it was as if they forgot that we were even there. plus they charge an automatic gratuity of 18%. probably why the staff didn't care.

How delicious! The restaurant is well clean and organized. The employees are very attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu and menu rules. I was able to try so many dishes that were delicious. The soup was so hot and had flavor ❤️. I love that the restaurant has an essence in music.

I enjoy eating at this place! I try to come by at least 2 times per week. The food is great, and the hostess, Vikki, is so hospitable and personable. They serve top quality sushi. Go by and tell them I sent you. Your stomach will thank you.Parking: Parking is free in the shopping center’s parking lot.

This MANDATORY 18% Gratuity Tip added to my Bill is not acceptable and I will not return to your establishment. You increased your prices and now you want to force this MANDATORY Gratuity Tip as well. You post it in small print on this MANDATORY Gratuity Tip and inform the customers after they have paid the Bill...Bad Business Practice...Bye Bye Bye!!!
