if you want great food as well as service you must try the best of the best. i have been going here since previous ownership and the staff if the same with great personality and service but most of all great food no matter what you order. my son and daughter in law and i had a drink at the brewery next door while waiting for our takeout orders. we 3 agree that after many disappointing places to eat our best bet is take out from Reggio's as we found the food as awesome as ever you can eat is at the brewery if you like but it is a small place so we figured not to take room up but also enjoy the meals while watching a movie in the comfort of home. what else can i add? i could go on and on but try this awesome best of the best food and you will be extremely happy. Will never recommend this place to anyone! Ordered a party size pizza and as my daughter is already eating, I find a fly cooked into the pizza and said that it’s not there fault. Then said I’d be getting a refund the next day and I have to wait 4-5 days now. I called to clear up the refund issue and i got nothing but attitude and rudeness through the phone and then asked why am I being rude in return . Never eating here again. Work on your customer service. Updated edit: I probably wouldn’t have gotten my refund if I didn’t go back there. As soon as I told them I was filing a lawsuit he contacted someone else and I was there for 15 minutes arguing and waiting for him to prove the refund was processed. I called my bank and the refund wasn’t processed by this shop until o actually showed up and they try to come up with excuses. Very unprofessional again

I was a new customer and this was my very first time ordering pizza here. As a new customer I was just trying to get In formation about the prices of the pizza. However, I never even got the chance to order my pizza because the guy on the phone was very rude and unprofessional towards me .He was rushing me over the phone and then told me he don’t have time for me and hung up on me. I never had such rude service as a new customer before ever. They will never get my service ever again. You just lost a potential customer. I advice everyone else to beware of this place .

I usually order pizza from another place in Enfield but I was feeling adventurous so I ordered a pizza from Luigi's since they had left us a flyer. I placed an order online, which was super easy and allowed for a ton of customizations. I got a party size combo and asked them to add jalapenos and extra cheese, and also a meatball and sausage grinder and some onion rings. The pizza was incredible. It's a pan pizza style so the crust is thin, but it's super crispy and flavorful. The onion rings were a little soggy and bland so I might not order these again, and the grinder was ok. In my opinion, the pizza was the best thing I ordered. The delivery was very quick as well and the pizza was still piping hot when we opened it. I'm definitely adding this to my favorites list.

4 months ago I moved in the area of forest park looking for comfort foods. I ran intoLuigis 2 Pizza. First I started with a slice of pizza!! Huge slice and the flavor of NYC!! I immediately fell in love! Then on the next visit I ordered the bbq mild wings and you know what? ... I haven’t been able to stay away!!Amazing tasting food along with fast and friendly service!Happy customer here!!
Ordered the BLT club sandwich, it was outstanding. It took me back 50 years to when I was a kid and loved it.

I moved here from worcester and have not bern able to find a pizza that compares to ones I am used too...until I tried Luigis II today. Hussan is friendly and makes a heck of a pizza...one with a nice crust and sauce and perfect amount of sauce. I will only go there from this day on.
