We had macho taco cater for our daughter’s birthday she is a burrito loving girl. We got so many people raving about the food we would definitely have food catered from here again thank you!

I'd heard good things about the Birria Vampiro (steak taco, pan-fried, served with a dipping broth), but on my past visits they were always out. Tonight they had them. Or so I was told. After a long wait, I got the tacos but no broth. I was told they'd run out of the dipping broth that's essential to the meal. The tacos were over-charred (even darker than shows in the picture), salty, and very greasy but dry. I asked for salsa since there was no broth and was given a few condiment packets of Pete's hot sauce. That plus some lime juice allowed me to choke down one taco. Due to a miscommunication asking questions while ordering, I got four altogether (two orders of two each), so I'll probably try to salvage the meat out of the other three, but they're basically inedible as is. On prior visits, when I'd been told up front that they were out of the Birria Vampiro, I've tried other tacos and a burrito and found everything mediocre at best. There was nothing I'd wanted to order a second time, but I could at least eat it. Tonight's was truly awful. The staff are very nice and hard-working, but that can't overcome the bad food.

I had an amazing experience at Macho Taco. tacos were seasoned to perfection. cashier, Terri, was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcomed. Macho Taco has definitely satisfied my Taco Tuesday cravings and I can't wait to go back for more.

It takes a lot, and I mean A LOT for me to leave anything less than a positive review. Macho Taco is absolutely DISGUSTING. The only way their menu is passable is if you're hankering for "street tacos" OR you're stoned OR you're drunk OR you've lost your life savings and are planning this as a last meal before you off yourself. We had about half the menu and everything was flavorless and soggy. Every option in this "food court" is disgusting. MGM should be ashamed of themselves for allowing their patrons to eat such garbage. Spend the extra money and go to TAP. This is TRASH.

Gave them a try thinking they would be like el burrito. ordered chicken nachos with nacho cheese lettuce tomato.
nachos were dry literally 1 teaspoon of cheese sauce. cheese is yummy with a kick. chicken was dry an smelled like it was boiled then grilled so im not sure but dry non the less. i had to take them home and add some cheese but still not a fan. El Burrito in the mall knows how to do nachos! i just figured since it was part of this restaurant it would taste the same. hubby got the burrito said it was ok but not like el burrito. will not be trying again but i hope they do better because even a crappy chain like taco bell does better nachos.

Late night order... Macho Taco? .. not so mucho .. I ordered the Birria Tacos with the Consomè. For starters the taco is supposed to be toasted, not burnt with old grease from all day. The Birria meat was drier than a Popeyes biscuit so I was expecting to dip it in the consomè as per usual... but the over power smell and color of the consomè sealed the deal for me. Moral of the story ... make some tacos at home

Food was lacking in flavor. Imagine ordering tres leches and the cake itself is dry as a rock. The elote had no flavor whatsoever and the birria is the worst I’ve ever had. You would think for the price it would taste good while being somewhat authentic. It was nothing of the sorts. If you’re going to eat at the MGM food court I recommend not coming here. The worker who assisted me was great but the food was horrible and a waste of money.
