Is not in the best part of Springfield but safe enough for a quick bite as it is downtown. The food is the best and the prices are reasonable. The staff, however, speaks limited English but enough to understand your order and make fantastic recommendations. Staff is very proud and eager to educate you about their culture...very welcoming and friendly....
Though the Tuna was good as was the patacones. Tasty fresh and plentiful. The main was Red Snapper which was almost great. A little over cooked but in fairness ver tasty. The full fish was presented and we ate most of it. Great views and setting and well worth a visit. Expect to pay fine dining prices. Would have been 5 star but food was not fine dining quality. Good but overpriced.

This bar was our choice because of its close distance to the casino. It was a refreshing place with a different yet enjoyable atmosphere. The food was one of a kind. The drinks were strong and great!
