Had a quick Easter breakfast here and it was great. Service was fantastic and patient with our toddlers. Food was great, big portions.Kid-friendliness: Had high chairs for us.

Picks did an outstanding job on dinner last night for Valentines. The steak was cooked perfectly and they accommodated a gluten and dairy allergy with advance notice nicely. The salmon was also great! Service was outstanding and this place is like a hidden gem steps away from MGM Springfield. We even returned for breakfast. They had a great fritta for breakfast. Nothing but the gravy was made with milk or butter.

I never do reviews but felt like I needed to in this case. I realize that coming off COVID is challenging for many both personally and professionally so I am ok with wait times and other things that may come up when visiting a business but the young lady with red hair that waited on me and my coworker today was horrible. Soft skills go a long way with me. She had a terrible attitude. She had a crappy tone in her voice and you could tell she wished she was anywhere but there. No please thank you or your welcome in her vocabulary. I expect more from any business who charges me $6 for a grande drink with 50% ice in it.

Well to start this I will say the coffee was ok, the two girls working were acting like I was bothering them by coming in and ordering a coffee cause I had a couple simple questions. Now I understand when people are just having a bad morning but it's 11:30 and the one girl who made my coffee was just so rude and bothered by my simple existence that she couldn't just be a decent human being for the three mins that I was in there. Last time I was here I held the door open for her when she was trying to wheel inventory into the building when nobody else would help her, she must have forgot cause she's rude and disrespectful. I have Starbucks every single day, you realize how expensive that is? How much time it takes out of my life to wait in line? I don't need the disrespect. I hope this msg finds you. The girl who rang me up that was to worried about her boyfriend that was walking away blowing her kisses and her him, you could try to be a little nicer as well seeing as I waited for you and your other half to finish your meeting before walking in so I wouldn't be a bother. All to be treated like I was bothering them by simply wanting coffee. I won't be back to this Starbucks.

No matter how many times I go here I seem to always get poor customer service. I am not so naïve to think that everyone will have a good day every day, but at the Monarch Place Starbucks every day, no matter how much I smile or joke, no one smiles! And no one seems to even care about helping me make a good choice (or get the drink on time...) Really disappointing because I like Starbucks' drinks. I think they could improve their customer service. At $4+ a drink you expect a friendly exchange!

This is right conveniently in the Financial District of the heart of Downtown Springfield, MA & since this is right near some banks, shopping, hotels & little distance form the MassMutual Center/City Hall/Superior Court/Juvenille Court of Hampden County this is overall pretty good. Place is a small bit but deeming this is more or less a in/out spot this works out & to boot this one is right there for doing as you need to do. Yes this is a bit pricey for the coffee & for my choice I did a Pumpkin one (this wound up-ISMH) but they do got the coffees & also other food things to boot so this is now the info you need for a bit in this area.

This is the first time I’ve actually been motivated to write a review but after being seated with my son literally sat for fifteen minutes without anybody coming to our table. No hello. No water. No acknowledgement. Not even a menu. It was as if we weren’t there. I have been to some dives and never had that happen. Eventually we got up and left. Horrible experience and complete lack of basic customer service.
