I love this place so much. The owners/staff are really awesome, the prices are affordable, the pizza/grinders/salads/desserts we’ve had are all amazing, awesome toppings, and always delivered quickly. Pizza Royal is a great local pizza place in Springfield and I’d recommend it to anyone! I don’t get pizza from anywhere else.

The grinder wasn't warm at all, I'm very disappointed I split it and we both couldn't eat it. The meatballs didn't taste like anything at all . I've never bought a grinder and it was cold but should be hot . Never again
So I tried 2 different wraps from here and they are the best wrap I have ever tasted even layers of the caesar with parm on the chicken and the same thing about honey mustard chicken wrap definitely would go here again if I am in the mood for wraps or to try something new.

First off I had ordered a medium extra cheese pizza half pepperoni and it was supposed to be a 40 minute delivery but ended up being over an hour. furthermore when the pizza got to me it was very very cold and upon opening the box I realized there was no extra cheese on the pizza. So I called the store and explained my dissatisfaction with the delivery and the owner was very hostile, very rude and ignorant. telling me he’ll give me a $1.00 store credit for the next time I order, when I asked him instead to just come pick up the pizza that was untouched and bring me an extra cheese pizza half pepperoni as I had ordere/paid for, he continued to be belligerent and hostile and say no all you get is a $1.00 credit. I am extremely disappointed very very extremely disappointed with this customer service. I did not get what I had paid for.. I most definitely will never ever be ordering from this pizzeria ever again. I have half a mind to go take that cold under cheesed pizza and toss it in the owners face!, However, I was raised better than that: so I’ll simply take my business elsewhere and proceed with this review instead .
