The food is so good. I just loved their food. One of the best halal food in town.
AMAZING food. The staff could not be nicer and more accommodating. All around 1000/10 experience
Food and service was excellent. Place is incredibly clean too
Amazing...from the moment we walked in we were made to feel like family and welcomed.Service was outstanding and the food is utterly amazing. They you for a great night and even greater meal
If you are near by Springfield and you want to try authentic Turkish food Saray is the right restaurant, try their iskandur kebab or Adana kebab….yummy
Celebrated my Aunt's birthday there last night, about 40 of us. They are very accommodating and the food was so delicious. hummus, babaganoush, fatoush salad, and lamb, chicken and pilaf. What great service and we all enjoyed it so much. Can't wait to go back. We were inside and very comfortable but their outdoor dining space is huge and very comfortable looking too.
By far the worst place ever. They charge people a lot of money for their crazy hospitality. Very bad place and always rude to people. I don’t recommend this place at all
I'm a huge fan of their fresh desserts. Their baklava is always juicy and their sekerpare is moist and succulent. I enjoy their food, but their tea time is especially my favorite
don't know where to start. the bar was set pretty high for my first time here (and going out to eat for turkish), and everything was just phenomenal (excluding the rice because really who goes to eat plates like this looking for dope rice) the pepper/ walnut dip had well rounded flavors and was perfectly seasoned and spiced, while the strained yogurt was just a great balance between sour tang and creamy richness with great seasoning as well. as a bread addict i cannot stress enough how dope the fresh bread it light and crispy. as for the mixed grilled meat plate i loved it. the minced lamb had a great spiciness to it without taking away from all the delicious spices and herbs put in there, as for the meat cubes it wasn't just perfectly seasoned too but it was super tender. cannot wait to return with a group so i can try more
Authentic Turkish cuisine with a distinctly more lively vibe than its sister restaurant of the original Saray in Connecticut, including outdoor seating. Service was friendly and the facility was very clean. Good for groups, also.
This restaurant makes you feel like you are eating at someone's home. The servers are so friendly and attentive. Everything we ordered was great, if just lacking in a little salt. We would certainly return.
Food was terribly bland and my husband got food poisoning afterwards. Don't waste your time here, go to Nadims.
Bad costumer service. Especially the women who came to serve us. She gave me attitude and yelled at me and my special needs friend that was just sitting doing nothing. She also confronted my friend at the end asking why we didn’t tip more than 20$.Absolutely outrageous service.
I'd give them 5 stars... but they often do not have what I order. Many times I order and they don't have the item I ordered(different items at different times). But here's the kicker... although I'm disappointed they don't have what I want, I take risks and order something else... and although I'm not too familiar with Turkish food... the risk has always been delicious! I often order the Doner Kebab and their Cheese Pie (which is amazing!) Their food is a bit pricey but you get a good portion and a bag of very tasty bread. I honestly want to give 5 stars but they, too often, do not have what I want but from my experience... try something else. I haven't been disappointed in their quality and tastiness.
Food was tasty and portions were large for the price. I think the falafel was overcooked or had sat and was reheated, it was slightly tough (acceptable, but I've had better). I'd return if it was convenient, but I'd not drive across town for another sandwich here.
