I have not been able to eat the food here so this is not a review of their food. I would like to eat here but they don't have a take out menu and they don't have a website or a place where I can view the menu without actually going in, sitting down, and eating there in person. I like to get take out after work sometimes and I really want to try this place. I went in today and asked for a takeout menu and was told they don't have any takeout menus for me to take home with me. They only have the menus that are put on tables. I was honestly bothered by this because I didn't have a phone on me to take pictures of their menu. So, I walked out without a take out menu and I wasn't able to take pictures of their in house menu so I still can't eat here. It's weird. We are in 2024 and restaurants should have a way for customers to look at their menus without having to go into the actual restaurant to sit down and eat there. I was even willing to drive down to the place and grab a takeout menu but they didn't even have that. They could be making more money and bringing in more customers if they could just either have a website with their menu or at a minimum provide a takeout menu for customers to take home. I'm happy to change my review when this place actually provides a takeout menu or a website I can look at a menu on and I can actually order food and see what it is like, but until then, 3 stars for being so weirdly inaccessible.

This used to be a go to spot, but unfortunately we had a horrendous experience here. While waiting for food I saw a smallmouse run across the room. If there’s one there’s many. Very disappointing never going here again.

My son and I had fresh rolls and #8 pho. The food was great and the portions were huge. For both of us it only cost about $50. The service was prompt and friendly. I will definitely go back, it is the best pho I have had in this

Today was our first time to come here after being recommended by a friend. The food did not disappoint. Will be back for more to try out the other dishes. I miss the food whenever I visit Ho Chi Minh and Canto in Vietnam. This is close.

The pho here is not bad, but I thought that the portion size was too small for about $15 a bowl, which is close to LA and Bay Area prices. I was expecting cheaper pricing given that it's in Springfield MA. My friend ordered a chicken pho, but they misheard it for another vegetarian item. We brought this up and they asked us if we wanted the chicken in which we said yes, but we ended up getting charged for the item they mistaken and extra for the chicken. Also, the street to the left of the restaurant seems a bit sketchy at night since it's super dark with minimal lighting.

Excellent food, fast and easy service! I got the crepe, the pho and a Vietnamese iced coffee. The iced coffee was amazing. I also got several items to go.

I never write review but it was a raining day there was a young guy and girl I ask the guy does he have soy bean milk he said yeah after 20 min pass I ask him again the guy and the girl said it's being made in a mean tone and after 10 min pass I ask him can he just switch it out for a Coke because the beef was chewy and the water taste nasty he said he it's being made they can't cancel so my sister got the soybean ended up they forgot I needed the coke and I had to go up to get it . They have coke in the fridge they end up giving a warm can with ice. Usually I don't drink coke with ice unless force to at McDonald's or Burger King and if I eat in I don't get the ice because it's cold already.The bad thing with the warm coke it's not the right temperature of coldness and you can leave it there too long because I don't think they filter ice because I had a totally different drink than coke it make you have to drink fast or else gets flat it took out all the gas from the coke and the soy bean my sister ended getting still being made after 45 min that was just the drink part so we had to cancel and the waitress said we don't have soybean drink anyways we was the waiter fault when I ask him do they have that drink.The appetizer I got a Vietnamese pancake it wasn't crispy and the meat tasted strange. My main course was Bo luc lac with rice they even failed that because I don't know which meat they use it was chewy usually it good med if they give 0 star I would give it I know why they treat people like that because tip included 16$ and the air conditioner doesn't work it was cooler out side than in the store I just people only take to go I wouldn't go back I came all the way from Mohegan sun in the storm just to get bad service. I just never heard you can't cancel the drink it's being made and they end up canceling anyway we had some ribs it wasn't cook cook right it wasn't even tender everything was disappointing I wouldn't recommend a friend here or take my date here. They must have a new cook because everything was below international standards. I'm pretty sure they have some worst food other place with friendlier service.
