Instead of being on the phone ordering Chinese food while customers are in line why don’t you order more spinach feta wraps and stop charging people who order them when you’re out of stock.

It was nice except it had a table of cops in the center of the room and a table of office stuff sort of ruined the atmosphere for me and also my ability to just let the walls done relax and focus on the work I wanted to

Bought a venti pink drink and asked for no ice. For $6, they gave me a cup that was barely half full - essentially a grande size. When I asked them to add some ice to try to make up for the emptiness, it was still 1/3 empty. So disappointed! At other locations, it would be filled to the top. Might as well go to the Dunkin across the street.

I have never had a bad experience with Starbucks until I went here this morning. (First & last time I will ever go here). My wife and I ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 danishes, the sandwiches were cold & the bread was hard; as if it's been microwaved prior & left to sit there. I was very disappointed. We did not go back because we had to head straight to work but never again will I go here.

Hours must be wrong. Says they open at 6am. Got here at 6:45 and everything is locked up with one man standing behind the counter looking like he didn’t want to open up yet. Not sure if short staffed or what the reason is for not being open. Disappointing.
