It took a while to get what was ordered, they weren't busy or understaffed at all, & the food was more mushy & soggy than it should've been. They used to be better.Vegetarian options: You can Request any changes you might like with no problem, they do charge extra for substitutions & additions though. Prices have also gone up recently.Parking: There is usually plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Taco Bell is usually kid friendly, but they have had some homeless people hanging out inside.Wheelchair accessibility: It is a little more difficult for wheelchairs to access because you have to go thru 2 different doors just to get inside on the parking lot side, but there is another door facing Boston Road if you don't mind going to the front to get in.

I’d rate this experience lower than 1 star if I could. I waited in Drive-thru for 10 minutes without my order being taken. No apology not a word. So I left. Needless to say I will not be returning to this establishment.

I ordered from uber, they canceled my order and i had to wait an hour for uber to put that through and then i reordered again finally got it, it had the old recipts on it, saying it was an hour and a half old, so the food wasnt remade or anything. Kinda

You can tell the staff doesn't want to be there. The place inside looks like it's closing down.It took the door dash driver in front of me 30 minutes to get the order he was there to pick up. It took me 20 min to get my order and they didn't give me my twists I ordered.

one of the better Taco Bells, there is distinct lack of fatherless behavior within this staff and service and that is much appreciated. One of the guys there Bill seems to be the guy who knows what he's doing and runs a tight ship. it really is his customer service and charisma is why I'm writing this.

Always mess up orders and make them real small, they skimp on ingredients in this location. Ordered a Grande toasted breakfast burrito and it did not come with everything advertised and it was tiny. This burrito cost over $4When I went to ludlow Taco Bell they actually got it right and put all the correct ingredients inside and was double if not triple the size of what I received at the Boston Rd Taco Bell.Experience is always pleasant at Ludlow Taco Bell compared Boston Rd Taco Bell. Why the big difference?
