I ordered on doordash 3 burgers and 1 baconador fries with 3 drinks & i only got the drinks, and 2 baconador dries. I dont like yo complain but i work in food service & this is not the way to go about handling food & serving.

Every single time I come to this Wendy’s, regardless if I made a mobile order or not, I am made to wait at least 5-10 mins by the front door.This most recent time I was made to wait by the front door and was brought the wrong thing multiple times and I placed a mobile order. I was served lukewarm food and refried french fries. The employees have an attitude if you try to correct them about the wrong thing that they are giving you. The manager is rude as well.Do not come to this Wendy's if you want your food to take forever and to receive unfresh French fries.

Very pretty, young girl with braids has a horrible attitude on drive thru. I ordered a Dave's triple, she quickly hit me with "what would you like to drink"... I then said "can I get no pickles on that" she repeated, "what would you like to drink." no acknowledge of what I just requested. When I was done ordering she closed with, "drive up, have your cash or card ready." I left without picking up that I ordered... I hope you train her or employ more courteous people.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Paid for bacon to be put on a burger and they did not put it requested no tomatoes and they still put it. I shouldn’t have to open every burger to make sure it was made right before pulling off with my food.Cheese sauce was cold and so we’re the fries. Staff just looked lazy and didn’t want to be there.

My daughter and I went to this location for dinner last night and the service was awful!! Krista #1051, could not say hello. When we were done ordering, she pushed us aside with her hands. And had a big smile for her boyfriend who was behind us. She came out from behind the counter and kissed and hugged him! Really? And nobody cared!She got our order wrong. Guess she was too busy looking at her boyfriend!I realize you’re a fast food chain but this was awful service!!

I haven't been to Wendy's in years. Today reminded me why. I walked into Wendy's on Allen Street in Springfield Ma. It was completely empty.. that should have nudged me a clue but my frozen body and brain just skipped pass it.. I order my food and my husband as well with a young lady who seems to not really know what she is doing. We took the food. We sat in this very empty, quiet Wendy's and wondered why.. then we unwrapped our sandwiches.. his pretzel baconator was burnt black.. bread.. meat.. it just looked gross BUT!!! IT WAS COLD.. fries.. COLD AND SOGGY.. MY SANDWICH??? OLD!!, COLD, DISGUSTING.. CHEESE DIP FOR FRIES???? COOOOOOOLD!!!! The only thing that was actually good enough to drink was the Sprite we both got. Food went back.. my money in my pocket.. and I WON'T EVER STEP INTO ANOTHER WENDY'S AGAIN IN MY LIFE!!! DISGUSTING
