Highly recommend using Capers Catering for your wedding or any other event! When looking for caterers we sought out catering companies that could cook both American/European and Asian food well as we are an interracial couple and Capers did not disappoint! Capers is an incredible catering company and absolutely worth every penny. Aside from a couple of dietary restriction exceptions, our wedding was entirely vegetarian. Capers seemed to be the only catering company willing to take up the task. My dad (an extreme carnivore) actually came up to me after dinner and told me how he was surprised at how much he enjoyed the dinner and that it was surprising that it tasted so good without having any meat in it. Capers did the catering for our wedding on 10/8. Our previous caterer had to cancel on us and Capers stepped up and blew us away. We had duck for dinner and lamb for appetizers! We had vegan and gluten free guests and they loved their options as well, don't worry. Their tasting room was fun too!
