She deserves every promotion there is because she knows exactly what she's doing -- absolute perfection every time. This has been the most consistent in quality I've seen and if I could give it more than 5 stars, I would, just for Julie.“
“I walked in and the place is very clean. As I got to the register, I was greeted with a hello. I asked the flavors of their coolattas and he started naming them. I got blue raspberry with whip cream. All employees are very friendly and attentive. I will definitely return to this location even though it is farther away than the one on Franklin Street, Stoneham.“

“I took a chance and came to this Dunks because our local one is under renovation. As any Massy will tell ya we are dedicated to our Dunks. I initially felt worried it wouldn’t be great but what a surprise it was amazing! The food was outstanding! The service can use a little more, but I was so impressed by the fluffiness of the croissants and apple fritters. I am so glad I walked the extra mile to come here! In fact, this is now going to be my new Dunks! Thank you!“

“I came to try the cookies and cream butter donut and cookie monster mochi donuts. They didn't have the blue butter donut so I got the Ube one. I didn't like it with the coco shreds on top and the consistency wasn't as good either, maybe because it was gluten free I'm not sure, but the mochi donuts were ??, cookies and cream may be the best one I've had anywhere, would definitely come back for it and hopefully they'll have the big blue one.“
“A perfect place to try a typical American donut, they are huge and the dough is super spongy. Countless glazes and very good service, they don't have tables to sit at, but it's worth coming and giving yourself this great little tribute.“

“Clean location, friendly staff, just a little on the slower side for food orders went in on a Sunday morning around 9:15. I ordered a plain bagel and for some reason it took more than 10 minutes and there was no one in front of me in line. Seems as though the women making the food just didn't see it and then when she did, she slowly prepared it. Not the most efficient if you want to get in and then out, but I'll still go back.“
