Ordered a bacon cheese burger and it was the worst burger I’ve ever tasted. The bacon was burnt and tasted like burnt rubber and was only given one slice of cheese for two dry patty’s. Absolutely ridiculous that you guys think it’s acceptable to give someone food like that.

I order 3 burgers and all of them were served raw and they were not the order I placed to begin with. I ordered 3-single patty burgers and was handed 2- double cheeseburgers and a single, each with the wrong toppings. Halfway through each (me and my partners) burger, we noticed they were undercooked and raw. We are waiting to see if we got food poisoning at the moment. Beware of this establishment; the manager or whoever is in charge is clearly not scrubbing their personnel for adequacy.

I walked in for a pickup order and it took about 5 minutes until I asked one of the 4 employees if I could pick up my food. They completely ignore the fact that I exist when I get my food from this location. Why would I go out of my way to stand at the pickup counter? Just to hang out?
