Got a coupon from a Valu-Pak in the snailmail. Buy one get one free. Never tried JM before so I tried to order online for pick-up.Go thru the sign-up process,start to place my order...get to checkout and got an error "coupon only good thru phone app"...so I install phone app and try again. This time no chance to enter coupon...it charged me full price. Try to call store...phone rings to voicemail 3 times before someone finally picks up. I’ve been to a couple Jersey, Mike’s, and this one is the same. It is a small restaurant with very limited seating for elderly and limited options for Subs. They are also very limited options for condiments. The food is bland and expensive. I will not be coming back.
