Why don’t Dunkin teach its employees how to do a return. Ordered online only to get there and they don’t have the item and don’t know how to give me my money back. After about 15 mins back and forth. They tell me to take my receipt across the street to get my items. Then to get home after ordering a large hot chocolate to get home with a medium… where is the rest of my hot chocolate

The lines were long and I felt sorry for the one employee waiting on drive up and inside, cooking ,pouring, mixing and cashier. I gave her a nice tip but most didn't.Parking: It's at a gas station and I had to park at a pump and go inside. The drive up had 5 cars already so I went inside

Stopped here for breakfast, there were 4 errors on our 5 item order. I rarely go to this dunks so I don't really know if this is normal. I hope it's not.
The staff has been great during the morning commute. Lots of hustle and a friendly attitude. We get in and out in at least half the time it would take the full shop across the street. Otherwise, everything else about the shop is typical Dunk.

after going to this Dunkin Donuts in the evening around 6 I was unsatisfied with how rude unprofessional and unethical the staff is. I waited more than 10 minutes in the drive thru. when I came to the window after not being spoken to in the drive thru The lady was on the phone giggling talking to someone when attempting to take my order. she greet me in a ignorant manner and I told her how long I have been waiting for and she called me a liar. She was giving me so much attitude and this is not acceptable at all.

I love bilingual people BUT why have this girl who barely speaks ENGLISH running the place. She had a black hoodie on, a name tag which was barely visible only thing I saw was the letter M. SHE messed up my order 3 times! I ordered the bacon egg and cheese on a croissant, with hash browns and a coffee collate. Instead I was given the bacon cheddar bites and a hot coffee AND no hash browns.The second time, she made an ice coffee with a sausage egg and cheese on A croissant. The third time, I was given my coffee collata with the bacon egg and cheese and no Hash browns. She charged me two times, and would not give me the receipt, BECAUSE she said its "NO". That makes no sense, I ASKED for the manager and again she say, "NO". This is not FINE- AND I wish for the people to know HOW this dunkin is run. I will not be coming here again, - AND I ADVISE you and ur family's don't either!
