Went there for the second time in a row they completely got the order wrong. They were also very late on the order time. They’re just not paying attention or reading the slips. Orders are definitely not that complicated but if you ask for no tomato on a sandwich and they still put it on there that’s just being careless. I would be very concerned if you had food allergies, and would definitely stay away from this place. I definitely will not be going back to this particular Panera.

I would like to submit our recent experience at the Panera location on Park St. In Stoughton, Ma on 2/20/24. I must say that all the employees were extremely friendly & willing to learn. Accuracy matters and I believe there is truth to this. We do not frequent Panera very often but when we do we expect great quality as we had experienced in the past. On this visit we ordered 2 salads and were told they do not have grape tomatoes, ok. May we have something equivalent to cover for no tomatoes ? Um, here’s is the list of toppings, spoken shyly. It wasn’t a big concern, so we opted to move on. Our 2nd order was a SW chicken melt , we’re told that there was no sour dough, ok. Other bread options were given to us so we opted for another chioice. On the ride home for this take out order we said to each other- “Well, who knows what we r gonna get!?” To our surprise we got a lunch for 2 for $35.70. We doctored up our salads & began to eat. Overpriced. Yes I think, but we were able to make something more of this. Never thought Panera Bread would have a drive thru. Hopefully this location will be better stocked, no tomatoes?? ? & no sourdough bread??? This was on a Tuesday. Victoria the cashier was extremely patient & seemed to be new. We thank u. Hopefully we’ll be back to this location as we do live nearby and think this location could thrive. Thank you, Debbie & Reggie

I went in today around 4 pm, most of the empty tables were dirty, the young lady taking my order she was giving me my cup for my drink and after handling the tip cup and touching the change I had to tell her to put on new gloves and give me a new cup after she's putting her hand around the top of my cup after playing with the tip cup, the onion soup was not good, I don't eat there often but I don't remember Panera being that way at this location

Not the best Panera. Men's restroom had zero soap. Women's restroom had zero towels. Coffee was not hot. Was texted that the food was ready, but it took 10 more minutes. Manager seemed to be trying BUT what the heck is everyone else who works here doing?!

One person at the cashier and serving at the same time which make long wait just to pay for 2 hot coffee and ice tea and at the end we put our drinks in the trash it was the worst coffee I ever

This is one of the better Panera Breads in the area. I've eaten here about a dozen times, and it's always a good experience. Also the drive through is massively convenient.
