Wednesday I ordered 2 loafs of bread for Saturday pickup before Easter. Got at location they came out with one younger girl goes back to look for other then owner comes out and says I verify every oder it was one in front of a lot of customers.I said don't come out and argue with me over this and said forget about it and walked out with nothing. So had to remember Wednesday call she started order passed me to other girl as they were trying to figure something out with baker and I did say one but they were not making a bread pudding I asked about and told them to give me 2 loafs of bread instead of 1.Then come out and tell me I said 1 loaf of bread ?When it was there fault. Not great service.

I had an event at Amelia’s down the street and needed a cake and cupcakes. On a whim, I searched for a bakery in the area and came across Stoughton Bakery and I’m so glad I did. I sent a cake design and the date I needed it. Not only was the cake and cupcakes made perfectly but the customer service was excellent! I can’t thank them enough and I will be back to patronage this business!

We entered Stoughton Bakery to get Portuguese bread and saw unique muffins, including some made with Oreos. My husband mentioned they looked like the ones we used to get at Bob's. We were pleasantly surprised when the woman behind the counter overheard us, pointed to a sign, and explained they were made from Bob's recipes. She said they were finishing up some Valentine's Day-themed muffins and went out back to get them. We ordered Portuguese corn bread, which I believe she said is called Broa, Portuguese rolls, that were soft and delicious, a coconut and an orange custard that didn't seem like custard but were delicious, flan, and muffins. There is a small seating area but we took our goodies to go. The Blueberry Blizzard with a brown sugar crumble topping, dusted with confectioners sugar was delicious. The Red Velvet with cream cheese and Chocolate-covered Strawberry muffins were a sweet dessert. Perfect for a Valentine's Day treat! We've missed Bob's Muffin Shop in Columbian Square, South Weymouth, and wish their family well. We will definitely return to Stoughton Bakery.

Got a pumpkin pie for thanksgiving, the family loved it. I don’t even like pumpkin pie and I thought it was good. A little pricey tho, $22.

Stoughton bakery offers fresh bakery bread, treats, and desserts. They have turnovers, fresh rolls, muffins, brownies, cookies, sandwiches, and drinks. It's great place for quick stop especially in the morning.I bought a apple turnover, chocolate muffin, brownie, and one roll. The apple turnover was fresh and tiny bit sweet. The flaky outside made it one complete treat. The chocolate chip muffin was stuffed with chocolate chip. It was made for any chocolate lover's dream. I would so come back for more rolls. It made me sandwich taste better. This a tiny place. But it's packed with a punch of delicious treats. I encourage everyone to give a bit on at least one item!

Read that Stoughton Bakery had been given the recipes of the former Bob's Muffin Shop in Weymouth, so we made the 20-mile drive from the South Shore to pick up a few boxes. Worth the trip! Great bakery was far more than I expected. Will return.

Warm and friendly buisness where the owners are behind the counter. Not one of those huge commercial bakeries with a ton of things but they’ll make you bakery items if the don’ have them in the case. Their muffins are worth the 5 stars alone. They have homemade French crullers sometimes on the weekends too.

So so so love this place! I keep coming back for their Portuguese rolls and cheese, but their special iced coffee with caramel is incredible and worth a couple extra calories... Also worth adding a shot of espresso that was recommended to me today! (Thank you!) The people who own/work there are wonderful. Haven't tried one yet, but their muffins look so wonderful!

I was there at 2 pm to pick up some goodies and stood next to two women who were swapping stories with the woman behind the counter ... and stood there ... and stood there. She did not acknowledge me or even make eye contact as if to say "I'll get to you next". Just nothing, not even a side glance. I didn't expect her to stop talking with her buddies because I was there, but I did expect some kind of gesture of "I see you". Anyways I stood, stood there, and then stood there some more there until I just thought, we'll she clearly doesn't want me here or she would at least have LOOKED at me. It would have been rude for me to stay at this point so I left. And I won't be back. I understand customers have been rude and difficult since covid, but it goes both ways.

Sitting in The Parlour Boutique (another amazing place in the neighborhood) when the most incredible aroma wafted in. I had to venture over to pick up some of the sweet bread they were baking that smelled so good. Staff was super nice, prices are very reasonable, and the bread was warm and just as delicious as it smelled.

What a great find! Best pastry I’ve had in a long time. I really enjoyed their raspberry stars and their egg cream Berlin (donut). If i’m ever near there again I will stop in.
