I had a a really had experience on Friday at 11:00 pm when I arrived the host was no where to be seen. when our host sat us she rude and may I add we waited 20 minutes for a server to great us I Ended leaving because that was a little outlandish. I give this one stars because the seats look like they are falling apart , and the Bath rooms are disgusting I would be scared to walk in the bathrooms and be afraid to get sick . I want to speak about the food as well I rated that a 2 because it’s like a microwave frozen meal and the drinks are like they just put stuff together and surved it . I would not step foot in here even if it is your last option: In terms of TJI Fridays in Braintree it’s way better, greated, and served promptly so it’s not so much TJI Fridays as a establishment it’s that location that needs to be looked into.

Lilly the waiter, never checked on us. But the table behind us she checked in at least 3x. I wanted another drink and dessert. By the time she came back we were done eating. The place was dam near empty, we saw her talking. I honestly didn’t want to tip her, but we did. I have a feeling why she didn’t check on us, but I’m keep it to myself.

Ordered 2 servings of potstickers. They were deep fried. Should have been steamed and then seared. Never had them at Fridays fried. Seriously wrong. Waste of money on 2 orders.

The restaurant was clean. However I came 1.5 hour before closing & immediately ordered upon being seated. I came with my partner and we both ordered 2 alcoholic cocktails as well as an appetizer & 2 entrees. The appetizer was okay, drinks came 35 min into us being there & our food came before any of our drinks. I ordered salmon that was pretty poorly made and my partner ordered the Cajun pasta. His entree came out great, mine came out awful. I immediately sent it back and was then told the kitchen was closed and I couldn’t order a new item. The manager, Ryan, ready to leave, already in a coat keys in hand, informed me my only option was an appetizer coupon?? I was not charged for the salmon, because I didn’t eat it ..obviously. Neither was I charged for the appetizer because when I requested a to go plate for it , my waiter subconsciously put the table scraps on it as if we were finished ? We were charged finally 2 drinks and the pasta with a free appetizer coupon . Awful experience, highly recommend not coming to this specific location. Try Braintree, MA

love travel

The to go staff overcharged me $20 for the sides were supposed to come with entrees. I pointed it out and asked another staff member to review. The ribs are black charcoal, and after peel of that, not much meat left. The chicken wings were very hard after fried dry. I know that this is the last time I eat here.

It's no wonder why TGI Fridays are doing so poorly and closing their doors all over the place. It's management and the way they are run. Into the the way they are run. And let me point out, I love Fridays restaurants and their menu. However, the upper management they have in place is destroying this franchise. We walked in. Place looked nice and big, but it was freezing inside. Had to be 62 max. I get the workers are running around, so they are a little warmer, but there were only about 5 seats taken in the whole place. So nobody was running anything here. As we approached the host table, the manager came to greet us. He could care less about anything. Especially since we were there. He asked us how many, and we said 5. He then went looking around like it was hard to find a table. There were 5 people there. And 5 minutes later, I came back and laughed and said oh sorry. Like what. He had forgotten about us. He then led us to the bar area. I found this to the odds since most of the restaurant was empty, and I had three little kids with me. So they got to enjoy the two people that were in the bar area getting trashed and hitting on all the waitresses. Did I mention it was freezing? The specials were taken out of the menus, so those couldn't be ordered. The 10 for 10 menu was out. Anything else was out. I don't know why, maybe because that's what they do here. We ordered our food, and things came out looking nothing like they do in the menu or in the commercials. Or in anything else that resembles food in this country. The specialty Nashville chicken came out with nothing on it. Just a patty that you get if you're in grade school school. I know it sounds like I'm being funny, but I'm not. The chicken patty had no slaw. No jalapenos, none of the special white sauce that comes with it. Nothing. We were told that they don't have any of that left. So they thought it was a good idea to send it to my table with nothing on it. Then they sent out some lettuce with a dead bug on it. Obviously, quality control isn't being done in the back here. And then I saw the same manager on the phone with an apron on meaning that he was probably also cooking the one cooking the food, so if your manager doesn't care about yhe guests ti begin with, the last place you want him is cooking the guests food right. Especially when he sends out looking like that. Maybe he should probably be in a different line of work. I have pictures to show, but I will help them out and keep them off the internet so they can fix their problems. Not exasperate them. The best part of the whole experience was the waitress we had. She was very sweet and did her job to the best of her ability. The manager's experience was a 0, but she was a five, so I gave it a 2 be fair to her. I love TGI Fridays, and I hope this was an anomaly, and I look forward to going back in the future.
