“Visited for the first time on Valentine's Day. The place was very busy and it took about 5 minutes to be seated. We were about 15 early for our reservation and were still at our table early. We were seated on the second floor in a back room. Pros... It was quiet. Con... It was very cold. Server was very attentive but busy on a holiday. Food was very good. Shumai was crispy and the sauce was excellent. Fried rice was good with a lot of different vegetables. I noticed mini corn, carrots, cauliflower, and asparagus. The maki rolls were very good. The only negative I would say is that the maki rolls were much smaller in diameter than other sushi places with similar prices and quality. Ultimately, we would go here again.Parking: Free valet parking“
“Food is Always The Bomb!!! Always friendly! Always on point! If they make a mistake, they have NO PROBLEMS fixing it* we're only human mistakes get made, but this place has NOT made many. It's hard nowadays to get good food, good prices, and actually get what you ordered. Big Portions too!Give Yamato a try, you won't be disappointed!!!The atmosphere is great because there are never a lot of people with it being a small town so you get your privacy if you decide to eat Both Lunch & Dinner, just don't like them charging extra $3 for rice @ noon/Lunch if it's not white or vegetarian .Parking: There's plenty of parking for Yamato. They share it with a few other stores, but you're definitely usually going to have to walk a little bit. So if you have a disabled one try and drop them off in front, and then find parking. Sometimes you get lucky with a front spot“
“Great place for a nice Japanese meal in the area. Lots of options for different tastes. Had the Tom Yum soup which was hearty with the right amount of heat. Also had the Kamakazi and dragon rolls, which were great. The staff was nice and the service was quick. Would definitely go back when u am back in the area.Parking: Decent sized lot with lots of spaces that was pretty full when I went on week night“
