“My husband took me there for a sushi date a couple of weeks ago, and the sushi was fantastic! We are very picky when it comes to sushi and we are massive salmon lovers, and he couldn't recommend this place to me enough on how fresh they are, and he wasn't wrong. “I love this Ginger Garden because I am gluten-free (allergic to wheat) and this is the only place around that can adjust their menu making for my allergy. The food is great, service friendly. However, the last time I ordered, I definitely got sick from wheat. I didn't call back to confirm the staff wrote down my allergy that I very clearly told them of. So I don't know if this was a clerical error in order taking, or if there was a mistake in the kitchen. Food is great but if you are gluten free, be very clear and follow up to confirm. Don't take yes as an answer because I did and I was definitely poisoned and unable to eat my food last time I went. I am still giving them a 5 stars because they have been great every other time. But I will be taking my own advice and making every dish be double checked with the kitchen to make sure it is gluten free.
