I have never seen so many people work at a Dunkin' and be so slow at what they were doing in their jobs. I have seen dunkins with 3 employees bang out faster and better food . 9 people, and I waited 7 minutes for a sandwich. My regular dunks, 3 people, and 3 minutes.
Every morning we come, every morning the person on the mic is snippy, latte is less than half full, the cream cheese is stacked in the middle and the bagel loosely put on. Put up with it just to get coffee but man it ain’t worth it. I work at dunks, it isn’t that hard

The people at this Dunkin are super friendly and always pleasant to deal with. The only problem is my food is constantly undercooked. Whether it's hashbrowns which are supposed to be golden brown and crispy but instead are a literal mushy soup in the bag devoid of flavor and sometimes literally cold. Or the bacon egg and cheese on English muffins. I know we want to get people in and out fast but can we please finish cooking the food?
